विधानसभा चुनाव 2024: गुमला में मतगणना दिवस के लिए तैयारियां पूरी, अधिकारियों को दिया गया विशेष निर्देश

गुमला – आगामी 23 नवंबर 2024 को गुमला जिले के चंदाली स्थित पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 की मतगणना प्रक्रिया आयोजित की जाएगी। इसे सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न करने के लिए जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में एक विशेष बैठक का आयोजन किया।

इस ज्वाइंट ब्रीफिंग में संबंधित अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को उनके दायित्वों और मतगणना प्रक्रिया से जुड़े नियमों की जानकारी दी गई। उपायुक्त और पुलिस अधीक्षक ने इस अंतिम चरण को चुनाव का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बताते हुए इसे सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न करने पर जोर दिया।

मतगणना दिवस की तैयारियां: दिशा-निर्देश और प्रक्रियाएं

1. समयबद्धता और अनुशासन पर जोर

• मतगणना प्रक्रिया सुबह 8 बजे शुरू होगी।
• वज्रगृह को सुबह 7 बजे खोला जाएगा। सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को समय पर पहुंचने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
• केवल पेन और पेपर के साथ मतगणना स्थल पर प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी।

2. मोबाइल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस पर प्रतिबंध

• किसी भी अधिकारी, कर्मी या मीडिया प्रतिनिधि को मोबाइल फोन और अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस अंदर ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है।
• सीसीटीवी कैमरे की निगरानी में मतगणना प्रक्रिया संचालित की जाएगी।

3. प्रवेश और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

• बिना एंट्री पास के किसी भी व्यक्ति का मतगणना स्थल पर प्रवेश वर्जित रहेगा।
• बाहर से किसी भी प्रकार का भोजन या अन्य सामग्री अंदर लाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान

1. पुलिस कर्मियों के लिए निर्देश
पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने पुलिस अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को उनकी जिम्मेदारियों से अवगत कराया।

• सभी पुलिसकर्मी मतगणना दिवस से पहले सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट और अपने अधिकारियों के साथ परिचित हो जाएं।
• वज्रगृह के अंदर किसी भी पुलिस कर्मी का प्रवेश वर्जित रहेगा।

2. हाई अलर्ट पर पुलिस बल

• पुलिसकर्मी शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण बनाए रखने के लिए हाई अलर्ट मोड में रहेंगे।
• किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में धैर्य और संयम बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

3. सुरक्षा का व्यापक प्रबंधन

• लोकसभा चुनाव के अनुभवों को ध्यान में रखते हुए सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त रखने की योजना बनाई गई है।

अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को दिए गए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

1. निष्पक्ष और शांतिपूर्ण कार्य के लिए नियमों का पालन करें
उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि वे मतगणना प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की संदेहास्पद गतिविधि से बचें।

• हर समस्या का समाधान: विवाद की स्थिति में अधिकारियों को गुस्से में प्रतिक्रिया देने से बचने और अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से संपर्क करने की सलाह दी गई।
• शांतिपूर्ण और व्यवस्थित प्रक्रिया बनाए रखने के लिए सभी को सहयोगात्मक दृष्टिकोण अपनाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

2. सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में काम करें
मतगणना स्थल के हर कोने में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए गए हैं। अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया कि उनकी हर गतिविधि रिकॉर्ड की जाएगी।

अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति और बैठक के मुख्य बिंदु

बैठक में गुमला जिले के प्रमुख अधिकारी और पुलिसकर्मी उपस्थित थे, जिनमें शामिल हैं:

• उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला
• सिसई, गुमला, और बिशुनपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर (RO)
• डीएसपी और जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी

सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों और कर्मियों को उनके कार्यों और जिम्मेदारियों की जानकारी दी गई।
