गुमला: विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 की मतगणना प्रक्रिया का विस्तृत विवरण

गुमला – विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 के तहत गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने मतगणना प्रक्रिया को सुचारू, पारदर्शी और शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न कराने की पूरी तैयारी कर ली है। यह प्रक्रिया 23 नवंबर 2024 को चंदाली स्थित पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में आयोजित की जाएगी।

मतगणना के लिए सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की गई हैं। मतगणना टेबल, स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम संचालन और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर प्रशासन ने सख्त दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

मतगणना प्रक्रिया: टेबल और राउंड्स का गठन

1. गुमला विधानसभा क्षेत्र:

• कुल 18 टेबल बनाए गए हैं।
• मतगणना 18 राउंड में पूरी होगी।

2. सिसई विधानसभा क्षेत्र:

• यहां भी 18 टेबल स्थापित किए गए हैं।
• मतगणना प्रक्रिया 19 राउंड में संपन्न होगी।

3. विशुनपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र:

• मतगणना के लिए 18 टेबल और 20 राउंड तय किए गए हैं।

इस सुव्यवस्थित प्रक्रिया से चुनाव परिणाम समय पर और पारदर्शी रूप से घोषित किए जा सकेंगे।

स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम संचालन और मतगणना का समय

1. स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम खोलने का समय:

• ईवीएम स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में सुबह 7 बजे खोला जाएगा।
• पोस्टल बैलेट स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम अनुमंडल कार्यालय, गुमला में सुबह 5:30 बजे खोला जाएगा।

2. मतगणना समय:

• मतगणना प्रक्रिया सुबह 8 बजे शुरू होगी।
• पहले चरण के परिणाम सुबह 9:30 बजे तक संभावित हैं।

मीडिया के लिए विशेष निर्देश

गुमला प्रशासन ने मतगणना की रिपोर्टिंग के लिए मीडिया कर्मियों के लिए एक विशेष मीडिया केंद्र स्थापित किया है।

• प्रवेश की अनुमति: केवल मान्य प्राधिकृत पत्रधारी मीडिया कर्मियों को ही प्रवेश मिलेगा।
• प्रतिबंधित उपकरण:
  • स्टील कैमरा
  • वीडियोग्राफी कैमरा
  • मोबाइल फोन

इससे मीडिया केंद्र और मतगणना प्रक्रिया में व्यवधान रोकने की व्यवस्था की गई है।

सुरक्षा और यातायात व्यवस्था

गुमला प्रशासन ने मतगणना स्थल पर सुरक्षा और यातायात को प्राथमिकता दी है:

1. सुरक्षा व्यवस्था:

• मतगणना प्रक्रिया के लिए 750 से अधिक पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किए जाएंगे।
• सीसीटीवी कैमरों से मतगणना स्थल की निगरानी की जाएगी।

2. यातायात प्रबंधन:

• पब्लिक वाहनों के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्गों की व्यवस्था की गई है।
• ट्रैफिक को नियंत्रित करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

प्रशासन का सहयोगात्मक आह्वान

1. सभी की जिम्मेदारी:
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों, अधिकारियों और कर्मियों से शांतिपूर्ण और पारदर्शी मतगणना प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

2. नियुक्त कर्मी:

• इस बार 572 मतगणना कर्मियों को नियुक्त किया गया है।
• कुल 1200 से अधिक अधिकारी और कर्मी मतगणना प्रक्रिया में शामिल होंगे।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 की मतगणना प्रक्रिया के लिए व्यापक तैयारियां की हैं। सुव्यवस्थित टेबल और राउंड्स, सख्त सुरक्षा और यातायात प्रबंधन से यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि मतगणना प्रक्रिया शांतिपूर्ण और समयबद्ध तरीके से संपन्न हो।
