गुमला में सप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस संपन्न

गुमला चंदाली स्थित नए समाहरणालय में आयोजित सप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से नागरिक अपनी समस्याओं और मांगों के साथ गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी से मिलने पहुंचे। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए उक्त समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

सोसो ग्राम निवासी ज्योति देवी ने अपने आवेदन में बताया कि उनके पति की मृत्यु के बाद वह अपने पुत्र का पालन-पोषण स्वयं कर रही हैं। उनके पुत्र का दाहिना पैर दो माह पूर्व टूट गया था, जिसका इलाज रांची रिम्स अस्पताल में चल रहा है। उन्होंने उपायुक्त से इस उपचार में सहायता की मांग की, जिस पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सहायता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

अम्बेडकर नगर की श्वेता कुमारी और खुशी कुमारी ने उपायुक्त से कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर नौकरी दिलाने में सहयोग का अनुरोध किया। इसी तरह, गुमला निवासी श्वेता कुमारी ने अपने आवेदन में बिजली बिल माफ करने का आग्रह किया।

भरनो के विजय कुमार ने अपनी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे और सड़क चौड़ीकरण के दौरान जमीन अधिग्रहण से संबंधित समस्या को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कूल चौक, भरनो में उनकी 3.5 डिसमिल जमीन है, जिसमें से 3 डिसमिल सड़क चौड़ीकरण के लिए ली गई है, और शेष आधा डिसमिल जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा किया गया है। इस प्रकरण में भी उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को जांच और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

रायडीह के सुरसांग निवासी सुमन सोरेंग ने मुर्गी शेड निर्माण की मांग करते हुए अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया।

सप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों और मांगों पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करना और उनके साथ सीधे संवाद स्थापित करना है। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों को यह भरोसा दिलाया कि उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
