राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में संविधान का शपथ पाठ कराया गया

जब तक संविधान है तब तक हम अस्वस्थ रह सकते हैं कि देश में विधि का शासन और लोकतंत्र भी सुरक्षित है। हमारे संविधान का उद्देश्य सर्वोदय है, सर्वे भवंतु सुखीन है। हम नागरिकों का यह कर्तव्य है कि हम संविधान के प्रति श्रद्धा भाव रखें। उक्त बातें विभावि राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने कही।

वह 26 नवंबर को संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर रविंद्र नाथ टैगोर भवन में आयोजित कार्यशाला को, बतौर अध्यक्ष, संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि आज के दिन हम अपने सभी संविधान निर्माताओं को याद करते हैं और उनका नमन करते हैं। डॉ मोइत्रा ने यह भी कहा कि संविधान दिवस अपने संविधान के प्रति पूरी निष्ठा बनाए रखने का संकल्प लेने का भी दिन है।

इस अवसर पर अपने विचार रखते हुए विभाग के शोधार्थी रुखसाना परवीन, महेंद्र पंडित एवं रवि विश्वकर्मा ने संविधान के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। विद्यार्थियों में से वीरेंद्र शर्मा, सोनल पांडे, पिंटू रजक, सूर्यकांत, सोनी, रिया कुमारी, प्रियंका कुमारी, संतोष यादव, नैना, किरण कुमारी, शगुफ्ता, सोनू तथा कृष्ण कुमार भी अपने-अपने विचार रखें। अंत में विभागीय प्राध्यापक डॉ अजय बहादुर सिंह ने संविधान का शपथ पाठ कराया। इस अवसर पर तृतीय व प्रथम सामसस्त्र के विद्यार्थी अच्छी संख्या में उपस्थित हुए।

कुलपति ने किया औचक निरीक्षण

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ) पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने महर्षि परमहंस शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय, रामगढ़ का आज औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों की कम उपस्थिति पर चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने तत्काल प्राचार्य को निर्देश दिया कि विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति बढ़ाने के प्रभावी पहल किए जाए। शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति भी कम पाई गई।

इसको भी कुलपति ने गंभीरता से लिया। प्राचार्य ने बताया की बगल के महाविद्यालय के कार्यक्रम में कुछ शिक्षक गए हुए हैं। इसके बाद महाविद्यालय के सुचारू संचालन एवं विद्यार्थियों के पठन-पाठन से संबंधित कई मुद्दों पर कुलपति ने विस्तार से जानकारी ली। कुलपति ने महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य एवं शिक्षकों की बातों को भी धैर्य पूर्वक सुना। मौके पर कुलपति ने प्राचार्य एवं वरीय शिक्षकों को कुछ महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए।

रामगढ़ जिला के लारी में अवस्थित डॉ एस राधाकृष्णन टीचर्स ट्रेंनिंग कॉलेज के एक कार्यक्रम से विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय लौटने के क्रम में कुलपति ने औचक निरीक्षण की।

शोध-चर्चा का किया जाएगा आयोजन

सामाजिक शोध में अनुभवजन्य (इम्पिरिकल )आंकड़ों का महत्व और इन्हें एकत्र करने के व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के मल्टी डिसीप्लिनरी रिसर्च फोरम तथा मानव विज्ञान, राजनीति विज्ञान, अर्थशास्त्र और इतिहास विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में शोध चर्चा का आयोजन दिनांक 4 दिसंबर 2024 को आर्यभट्ट सभागार में किया जाएगा।

चर्चा में विशेष रूप से अनुभवजन्य आंकड़े एकत्र करने के विभिन्न टूल – तकनीक पर चर्चा की जाएगी। इससे संबंधित क्षेत्र-कार्य से जुड़े नैतिकता जैसे गंभीर विषय टीवी जानकारी दी जाएगी। शोध चर्चा के माध्यम से प्राथमिक आंकड़े संग्रह में अवलोकन, साक्षात्कार और संबंधित अनुसूची के अलावे फोटोग्राफी टेक्निक के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला जाएगा। शोध चर्चा में अर्थशास्त्र, मानव शास्त्र, राजनीति विज्ञान, भूगोल, गृह विज्ञान और इतिहास के शोध से जुड़े विद्यार्थी भाग लेंगे।

चर्चा का मुख्य उद्देश्य शोध की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाना तथा आंकड़े एकत्र करने के लिए क्षेत्र कार्य की बारीकी को समझना है। ज्ञात हो कि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय शोधार्थियों के लिए लगातार ऐसे कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करता रहा है। इस शोध चर्चा के आयोजन समिति में मानव विज्ञान विभाग के शिक्षक गंगानाथ झा, राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, इतिहास विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष विकास कुमार,अर्थशास्त्र विभाग की इफ्शा खुर्शीद, उमेंद्र सिंह तथा अंग्रेजी विभाग के गंगा नंद सिंह हैं। शोध चर्चा दिन के 11:30 से प्रारंभ होगी।

शोधार्थी एवं विद्यार्थियों को पंजीयन के समय संभावित शोध शीर्षक की जानकारी पंजीयन फार्म में देनी होगी। पंजीयन के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं ली जाएगी। यह जानकारी आयोजन सचिव डॉ गंगा नाथ झा ने दी।
