“सिक्छा कर भेंट” गतिविधि पर उपायुक्त ने की बैठक: शिक्षा में सुधार की दिशा में बड़ा कदम

गुमला में शिक्षा के स्तर को बेहतर बनाने और 2025 में आयोजित होने वाली 10वीं व 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में शत-प्रतिशत सफलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने एक विशेष बैठक का आयोजन किया। इस बैठक में “सिक्छा कर भेंट” गतिविधि की समीक्षा करते हुए कई प्रभावी रणनीतियां बनाई गईं, जिनसे न केवल परीक्षा परिणामों में सुधार होगा, बल्कि छात्रों और शिक्षकों को भी बेहतर सहयोग मिलेगा।

बैठक के मुख्य निर्देश

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी को सुव्यवस्थित करने के लिए कई अहम निर्देश दिए। ये निर्देश छात्रों की उपस्थिति बढ़ाने से लेकर शिक्षकों की जवाबदेही तय करने तक विभिन्न क्षेत्रों को कवर करते हैं।

1. विद्यालय और अधिकारियों की टैगिंग

• शिक्षकों को इन छात्रों के साथ टैग कर व्हाट्सएप और टेलीफोन के माध्यम से होमवर्क और मॉडल प्रश्न भेजने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई।

3. प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षा का आयोजन

• 9 दिसंबर से प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी।
• शिक्षकों की एक कोर टीम बनाई गई है, जो विषयवार मॉडल प्रश्न तैयार कर उन्हें छात्रों तक पहुंचाएगी।

4. खराब प्रदर्शन वाले विद्यालयों की निगरानी

• पिछले वर्ष खराब प्रदर्शन करने वाले अल्पसंख्यक विद्यालयों और इंटर कॉलेजों को वरीय अधिकारियों से जोड़ा जाएगा।
• इन विद्यालयों को विशेष ध्यान देकर उनकी परीक्षा की तैयारी में सुधार किया जाएगा।

5. सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यालयों को सम्मान

• जो विद्यालय 100% सफलता प्राप्त करेंगे, उन्हें विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राथमिकता के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।

समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा तय की गई रणनीतियां

1. साप्ताहिक अनुश्रवण और मूल्यांकन

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को हर सप्ताह विद्यालयों का दौरा करने और छात्रों की उपस्थिति, प्रबंधन समिति की बैठकों, और शिक्षकों की प्रगति का निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया।

2. आंतरिक मूल्यांकन में सुधार

विद्यालयों को छात्रों का आंतरिक मूल्यांकन उत्कृष्ट तरीके से आयोजित करने और छात्रों को उनके प्रदर्शन के अनुसार अच्छे अंक देने का निर्देश दिया गया।

3. रेमेडियल कक्षाओं का आयोजन

शिक्षकों से कहा गया कि वे विषयवार रेमेडियल कक्षाओं का आयोजन करें, ताकि छात्रों को उनके कमजोर विषयों में सहायता मिल सके।

4. विभागीय सचिव के निर्देशों का अनुपालन

जैक द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार, एक दैनिक कैलेंडर तैयार किया जाएगा। शिक्षा अधिकारियों को इसे नियमित रूप से अनुश्रवण करने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई।
