गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने विशुनपुर क्षेत्र में अवैध खनन के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाते हुए व्यापक छापेमारी अभियान चलाया। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश पर इस कार्रवाई में जिला टास्क फोर्स और वन विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने 30 एकड़ भूमि पर फैले अवैध खनन का खुलासा किया।
यह कार्रवाई सरकारी राजस्व चोरी रोकने और राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति की रक्षा के उद्देश्य से की गई। जांच में खनन कानूनों के कई उल्लंघन पाए गए, जिसके आधार पर एफआईआर दर्ज की गई और खनन पट्टों की समीक्षा शुरू की गई।
अवैध खनन पर छापेमारी: प्रमुख निष्कर्ष
विशुनपुर और अम्तिपानी क्षेत्र
जांच में पाया गया कि पट्टा क्षेत्र से बाहर खनन गतिविधियां चल रही थीं।
- क्षेत्रफल: 20 एकड़ भूमि पर अवैध खनन।
- कानूनी उल्लंघन: खनिज विकास एवं विनियमन अधिनियम, 1957 का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन।
बहरगड़ा और रामझरिया क्षेत्र
- वन भूमि पर अवैध उत्खनन: बाउंड्री पिलर्स गायब और क्षतिग्रस्त।
- ब्लास्टिंग के संकेत: खनिज दोहन के लिए अवैध ब्लास्टिंग की पुष्टि।
पिरहापाट मोड़ क्षेत्र
- अवैध बॉक्साइट खनन: 30 एकड़ भूमि पर अवैध खनन की गतिविधियां।
- प्रमुख अनियमितताएं: ब्लास्टिंग और खनिजों का अनधिकृत परिवहन।
प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई और सख्त कदम
उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में गठित त्रिस्तरीय जांच समिति ने अवैध खनन के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।
1. खनन पट्टों की समीक्षा और रद्दीकरण
खनन क्षेत्रों में पाई गई अनियमितताओं के आधार पर संबंधित पट्टों को रद्द करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई।
2. एफआईआर और कानूनी कार्रवाई
खनिज विकास एवं विनियमन अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 21(6) के तहत मामले दर्ज किए गए।
3. विस्तृत जांच का आदेश
अवैध खनन में संलिप्तता की गहन पड़ताल के लिए विस्तृत जांच के निर्देश दिए गए।
सरकारी राजस्व की सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण
अवैध खनन न केवल सरकारी राजस्व को हानि पहुंचाता है, बल्कि पर्यावरण और स्थानीय समुदायों को भी नुकसान पहुंचाता है।
राजस्व हानि:
बिना अनुमति के खनिज उत्खनन और परिवहन से सरकारी खजाने को लाखों का नुकसान हुआ है।

- सख्त नियमों का पालन: खनिजों के उत्खनन और परिवहन के लिए वैध अनुमति आवश्यक है।
- साप्ताहिक निगरानी: सभी खनन क्षेत्रों की नियमित निगरानी की जाएगी।
- स्थानीय सहभागिता: ग्रामीणों को अवैध खनन की जानकारी देने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।
