भीषण गर्मी में स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गाइडलाइन जारी, गुमला में सख्ती से पालन के निर्देश

गुमला, अप्रैल 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में बढ़ती गर्मी और लू के खतरे को देखते हुए स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र जिला प्रशासन ने सभी सरकारी, सहायता प्राप्त और निजी स्कूलों के लिए विशेष दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं। उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के तहत जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां और जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित इस आदेश में स्कूलों को आवश्यक सुरक्षात्मक उपाय अपनाने को कहा गया है।

क्लासरूम में पंखे और बिजली की अनिवार्यता

सभी स्कूलों को अपने कक्षाओं में पंखों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। जहां पंखे उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, वहां तत्काल खरीद की प्रक्रिया अपनाने को कहा गया है। साथ ही, सभी कार्यशील पंखों की मरम्मत और रखरखाव पर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया है। संकुल और प्रखंड साधनसेवियों को इस व्यवस्था की निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

बिजली कनेक्शन के लिए कार्रवाई तेज

जिन विद्यालयों में अभी तक बिजली की व्यवस्था नहीं है, उन्हें बिजली विभाग से समन्वय कर कनेक्शन लेने और जरूरी दस्तावेज जल्द उपलब्ध कराने को कहा गया है।

बच्चों को देसी उपायों से राहत देने का निर्देश

भीषण गर्मी के दौरान बच्चों को नींबू पानी, नमक-चीनी का घोल, चना-गुड़, कच्चे आम और सत्तू जैसी पारंपरिक पेय सामग्री पीने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने और मध्याह्न भोजन योजना में इनका समावेश सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

पानी की उपलब्धता और सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान

हर स्कूल में मिट्टी के घड़े या मटकों में ठंडा पानी उपलब्ध कराने, पानी ढककर रखने और बच्चों को भरपूर पानी पीने की सलाह दी गई है। साथ ही हीट स्ट्रोक से बचाव हेतु नियमित अंतराल पर पानी पीने की आदत को बढ़ावा देने की बात कही गई है।

छाया में भोजन और खेल गतिविधियों पर रोक

बच्चों को दोपहर में खुले मैदान में खाना न देने के निर्देश के साथ यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि धूप में किसी भी तरह की खेल या बाहरी गतिविधियाँ आयोजित नहीं की जाएँगी। खाना केवल छायादार स्थानों में खिलाया जाए।

सिर ढककर आने और पोषण पर सलाह

छात्रों को सिर पर तौलिया या सफेद कपड़ा रखने, जूता-मोजा पहनकर स्कूल आने और मसालेदार व तले हुए खाद्य पदार्थों से परहेज करने की सलाह दी गई है। साथ ही अंडा नहीं खाने वाले बच्चों के लिए फल जैसे केला, तरबूज, सेव, संतरा आदि देना अनिवार्य किया गया है।

शौचालय और शुद्ध पेयजल की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य

सभी स्कूलों को स्वच्छ शौचालय और पर्याप्त स्वच्छ पेयजल सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है। यूरिन का रंग देखकर पानी की कमी का संकेत समझाने और ज्यादा पीला रंग होने पर अधिक पानी पीने की प्रेरणा देने का निर्देश भी शामिल है।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से समन्वय और मुफ्त ओआरएस की व्यवस्था

विद्यालयों को नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, एएनएम, सहिया और चिकित्सकों के साथ समन्वय कर मुफ्त ओआरएस की उपलब्धता और बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।

स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा के ज़रिए जागरूकता फैलाने का निर्देश

‘स्कूल हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस प्रोग्राम’ के तहत प्रशिक्षित छात्रों और शिक्षकों के माध्यम से विद्यालयों में गर्मी से बचाव के उपायों को लेकर व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा।

उद्देश्य: हर बच्चा सुरक्षित और स्वस्थ रहे

यह दिशा-निर्देश ऐसे समय में जारी किए गए हैं जब तापमान लगातार बढ़ रहा है और लू की आशंका बनी हुई है। प्रशासन का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चे गर्मी के दुष्प्रभावों से सुरक्षित रहें और उनकी शिक्षा बाधित न हो।
