झारखंड: गुमला जिले के स्कूलों में नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरू, 20 अप्रैल तक पूरा करने के निर्देश

गुमला, अप्रैल 2025 — शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए गुमला जिले के सभी सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में नामांकन की प्रक्रिया औपचारिक रूप से आरंभ हो चुकी है। उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार इस अभियान को समयबद्ध और व्यवस्थित ढंग से संपन्न कराने के लिए जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने सभी स्कूल प्रमुखों, बीआरपी, सीआरपी तथा शैक्षणिक पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

20 अप्रैल तक नामांकन और प्रोन्नति कार्य पूरा करने का लक्ष्य

निर्देशों के अनुसार कक्षा 1 में नए प्रवेश और उच्च कक्षाओं में प्रोन्नति की प्रक्रिया 1 अप्रैल से शुरू हो गई है और इसे 20 अप्रैल 2025 तक हर हाल में पूरा कर लेने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। इसमें पूर्ववर्ती सत्र के विद्यार्थियों की अगली कक्षाओं में प्रोन्नति भी शामिल है।

नामांकन शिविर और प्रचार अभियान होंगे आयोजित

प्रत्येक विद्यालय को अपने पोषक क्षेत्र में नामांकन शिविर आयोजित कर व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने को कहा गया है। पोस्टर, बैनर, पंपलेट, माइकिंग, ग्राम सभाएं, डिजिटल माध्यम (जैसे व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप्स) और सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लेते हुए अधिक से अधिक अभिभावकों तक जानकारी पहुंचाने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

डोर-टू-डोर अभियान से छूटे हुए बच्चों तक पहुंचेगा स्कूल

विद्यालय प्रमुख के नेतृत्व में एक टीम बनाकर घर-घर जाकर बच्चों को स्कूल से जोड़ने की योजना बनाई गई है। इस अभियान में विशेष रूप से वंचित वर्गों — अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अल्पसंख्यक, दिव्यांग और बालिकाओं — पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा ताकि ‘हर बच्चा स्कूल में’ के लक्ष्य को साकार किया जा सके।

कक्षा 5 और 8 के बच्चों को अगली संस्थाओं में किया जाएगा स्थानांतरित

प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे पिछले सत्र में कक्षा 5 में अध्ययनरत बच्चों की सूची नजदीकी मध्य विद्यालयों को उपलब्ध कराएं ताकि उनका नामांकन कक्षा 6 में सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। इसी तरह, कक्षा 8वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा में शामिल छात्रों का निकटतम उच्च विद्यालयों में नौवीं कक्षा में अस्थायी नामांकन किया जाएगा, जो परीक्षा परिणामों के आधार पर स्थायी होगा।

दिव्यांग विद्यार्थियों और स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण पर विशेष जोर

दिव्यांग छात्रों के लिए स्कूलों में नियमानुसार विशेष सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। साथ ही, नामांकन के बाद बच्चों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक विशेष अभियान भी चलाया जाएगा।

पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह व्यवस्था होगी अनिवार्य

निर्देशों में इस बात पर खास जोर दिया गया है कि नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से पारदर्शी होनी चाहिए। विद्यालय प्रशासन की जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी और अभिभावकों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा।

शिक्षा अधिकार अधिनियम की भावना को साकार करने की दिशा में यह कदम एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है, जिसका उद्देश्य शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन और सभी बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा से जोड़ना है।
