गुमला में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को सीएसआर (कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रिस्पॉन्सिबिलिटी) मामलों और उद्योग विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक का उद्देश्य हिंडाल्को कंपनी और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर क्षेत्रीय विकास के कार्यों की प्रगति का आकलन करना था। बैठक में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पानी की सुविधा, और संरचनात्मक विकास से जुड़े मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

मुख्य एजेंडा: सीएसआर कार्यों की समीक्षा

शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष ध्यान

1. शिक्षा में सुधार के निर्देश:

• हिंडाल्को कंपनी को आवासीय विद्यालयों की मरम्मत का काम जल्द पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• विद्यालयों और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में पानी और अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही गई।

2. स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार:

• सीएसआर क्षेत्र के तहत संचालित अस्पतालों में डॉक्टर्स, एएनएम और जीएनएम के रिक्त पदों को भरने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• नेतरहाट स्थित अस्पताल की स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए पानी की आपूर्ति दुरुस्त करने का आदेश दिया गया।
• स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविरों का आयोजन कर छात्रों और स्थानीय लोगों को बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधा देने की योजना बनाई गई।

जल आपूर्ति और माइनिंग क्षेत्र का विकास

1. प्राकृतिक जल स्रोतों की पहचान:

• उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि पीएचईडी विभाग और हिंडाल्को मिलकर प्राकृतिक जल स्रोतों को चिन्हित करें।
• जल स्रोतों से आस-पास के गांवों में पाइपलाइन कनेक्शन देकर पानी की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराएं।
• इस पहल का उद्देश्य शत-प्रतिशत गांवों में पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना है।

2. माइनिंग क्षेत्र में मत्स्य पालन:

• माइनिंग क्षेत्रों में तालाब निर्माण कर मत्स्य पालन को बढ़ावा देने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• मत्स्य पालन के लिए मत्स्य विभाग से समन्वय स्थापित करने पर जोर दिया गया।

टीबी मरीजों के लिए कीट और अन्य निर्देश

बैठक में टीबी मरीजों के लिए समय पर कीट उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

• यह पहल मरीजों के इलाज को सुलभ और प्रभावी बनाने के लिए है।
• हिंडाल्को कंपनी को सीएसआर फंड के तहत स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में योगदान बढ़ाने की बात कही गई।

अधिकारियों ने अपने-अपने विभागों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की और विकास कार्यों को तेज करने के लिए सुझाव दिए।

1. विकास कार्यों को गति देना:

• सीएसआर फंड के माध्यम से सभी अधूरे कार्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
