गुमला में मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर विकास उद्यमी बोर्ड की समीक्षात्मक बैठक संपन्न

गुमला जिले में शनिवार को उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर विकास उद्यमी बोर्ड की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में उद्यमिता और कुटीर उद्योगों के विकास से जुड़े विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई और संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। यह बैठक झारखंड के छोटे उद्यमियों और कारीगरों को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से की गई।

बैठक के मुख्य बिंदु और निर्णय

इस समीक्षात्मक बैठक में कई महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर चर्चा हुई, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा योजना (PM Vishwakarma) और PMFME योजना के कार्यान्वयन पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।

1. प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा योजना के तहत आवेदन अग्रसारित

• 2207 कारीगरों के आवेदन को आगे बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• इस योजना का उद्देश्य कारीगरों और परंपरागत शिल्पकारों को वित्तीय सहायता और प्रशिक्षण देकर उनके व्यवसाय को मजबूत करना है।
• उप विकास आयुक्त ने जोर दिया कि सभी पात्र कारीगरों को योजना का लाभ मिले।

2. बसिया रामजरी के कारीगरों को सुरक्षा उपकरण

• CSR (कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व) के तहत बसिया रामजरी के कारीगरों को सुरक्षा उपकरण उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• यह पहल कारीगरों की सुरक्षा और उनके कामकाज को अधिक सुरक्षित बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

3. PMFME योजना में सुधार की आवश्यकता

• PMFME (प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्यम योजना) के तहत गुमला जिले में इकाई स्थापना की स्वीकृति नहीं मिलने पर चिंता व्यक्त की गई।
• उप विकास आयुक्त ने LDM (लीड जिला प्रबंधक) और GM DIC (जिला उद्योग केंद्र के महाप्रबंधक) को निर्देश दिया कि:
  • बैंकरों के साथ ऑनलाइन बैठक आयोजित करें।
  • सभी शाखाओं से स्वीकृति पत्र कार्यालय में जल्द से जल्द उपलब्ध कराएं।

कारीगरों और उद्यमियों के लिए उठाए गए कदम

1. उद्यमी समन्वयकों को दिशा-निर्देश

• जिला उद्यमी समन्वयकों को योजनाओं को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने और अधिक से अधिक लाभार्थियों को जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• योजना की प्रगति पर नियमित रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया गया।

2. कुटीर उद्योगों के लिए सहयोग

• छोटे और कुटीर उद्योगों को वित्तीय और तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए सरकारी योजनाओं को सरल बनाने पर चर्चा हुई।
• कुटीर उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए संवेदनशील बिंदुओं पर विशेष ध्यान देने की बात कही गई।

3. योजनाओं का डिजिटल अनुप्रयोग

• योजनाओं को डिजिटल माध्यम से लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचाने के लिए उपाय सुझाए गए।
• ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से आवेदन प्रक्रिया को आसान बनाने की योजना बनाई गई।

छोटे उद्यमों के विकास की दिशा में प्रयास

• झारखंड के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लघु और कुटीर उद्योग आय का प्रमुख स्रोत हैं।

उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों को दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

• सभी योजनाओं का समन्वय: संबंधित विभागों के बीच तालमेल सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही।
• साप्ताहिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट: योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन की साप्ताहिक समीक्षा का आदेश दिया।
• बैंकों की भागीदारी: सभी शाखाओं को योजनाओं के तहत आवेदन मंजूरी देने में सहयोग बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया।

आगे की योजनाएं: जिला प्रशासन का फोकस

1. कारीगरों के लिए सुविधाओं का विस्तार

• स्थानीय कारीगरों को नए उपकरण और वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।

2. उद्यमियों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

• नवोदित उद्यमियों को प्रशिक्षण देकर उनके व्यावसायिक कौशल को निखारा जाएगा।

3. योजनाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार

• योजनाओं की जानकारी को अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाने के लिए स्थानीय जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
