गुमला जिले में अंजुमन तरक्की-ए-उर्दू गुमला का गठन किया गया। यह संगठन उर्दू भाषा और संस्कृति के संरक्षण और प्रोत्साहन के उद्देश्य से काम करेगा। संगठन के गठन में विभिन्न पदाधिकारियों को नामित किया गया, जिसमें अध्यक्ष सरफराज कुरैशी और सचिव आसिफ अंसारी चुने गए।

इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य उर्दू भाषा को बढ़ावा देना, साहित्यिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ाना और समाज में उर्दू भाषा की विरासत को संरक्षित रखना है।
