JMM का राज्य भर में हुआ विस्तार, सिमटती भाजपा की बढ़ी चुनौती…और बड़ी हो गयी 2019 के मुकाबले 2024 की हार

कुछ साल पहले तक संथाल व कोल्हान तक सिमटा झामुमो का विस्तार अब राज्य के अंतिम छोर गढ़वा-पलामू तक हो गया.

भाजपा में नेताओं की भरमार व कार्यकर्ताओं की कमी. पार्टी पर बाहरी नेताओं का कब्जा. बड़े नेता अपने-अपने विरोधियों को टारगेट कर हराने में लगे हुए थे.

रांची : झारखंड कभी भाजपा का मजबूत गढ़ था. लेकिन पिछले कुछ वर्षों से भाजपा लगातार कमजोर हो रही है और इंडिया गठबंधन मजबूत होता जा रहा है. 2019 के विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद 2024 के चुनाव में भी भाजपा हार गई. पिछली बार से इस बार की हार और बड़ी हो गई. 25 सीट (2019) से 21 पर आ गई. यह भाजपा के लिए खतरे की घंटी है.

पार्टी आगे बढ़ने के बजाय पीछे जा रही है. झारखंड में भविष्य की राह भी कठिन है. अब यदि भाजपा ने अपनी रणनीति नहीं बदली, जमीनी स्तर पर काम शुरू नहीं किया, नए चेहरों को आगे नहीं किया और पुराने व चूके हुए नेताओं से किनारा नहीं किया तो, फिर 2029 में झारखंड में वापसी बहुत मुश्किल हो जाएगी.

ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति की वजह से हारे मिथिलेश

झारखंड में भाजपा कमजोर हो रही और इंडिया गठबंधन मजबूत हो रहा है. खासकर झामुमो. झामुमो का तेजी से नए इलाकों में विस्तार हो रहा है. कुछ साल पहले तक संथालपरगना व कोल्हान तक सिमटा झामुमो का विस्तार अब राज्य के अंतिम छोर गढ़वा-पलामू तक हो चुका है.

पहली बार 2019 में झामुमो प्रत्याशी मिथिलेश ठाकुर गढ़वा से जीते थे. उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल में विकास की लंबी लकीर खींची है। लेकिन इस बार गढ़वा में वह ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति की वजह से हार गए। वहीं भवनाथपुर से अनंत प्रताप देव जीत गए. देव ने भाजपा के फायरब्रांड नेता भानु प्रताप शाही को हराया.

पलामू-गढ़वा में हजारों लोग मिथिलेश के प्रयास से झामुमो से जुड़े

पिछले तीन-चार सालों में गढ़वा-पलामू में झामुमो का तेजी से विस्तार हुआ है. इस विस्तार के पीछे मिथिलेश ठाकुर की बड़ी भूमिका रही है. मंत्री रहते उन्होंने कई लोगों को झामुमो से जोड़ा है. अनंत प्रताप देव व ताहिर अंसारी को मिथिलेश ठाकुर ने ही झामुमो में शामिल कराया था.

पलामू-गढ़वा में हजारों लोग मिथिलेश ठाकुर के प्रयास से झामुमो के साथ जुड़े। इसलिए झामुमो पलामू प्रमंडल में मजबूत हुआ है। भवनाथपुर से अनंत प्रताप देव को टिकट दिलाने से लेकर चुनाव लड़वाने में भी मिथिलेश ठाकुर ने अहम भूमिका निभाई.

गढ़वा-पलामू में राजद हाशिये पर चला गया था. लेकिन गठबंधन की राजनीति और भाजपा के अंहकार व टिकट वितरण में गड़बड़ी के कारण राजद की वापसी हो गई. बिश्रामपुर व हुसैनाबाद से राजद के विधायक चुने गए. भाजपा ने यदि दोनों सीटों पर टिकट बदल दिया होता तो परिणाम कुछ और ही होता. पलामू प्रमंडल में भाजपा हमेशा से मजबूत रही है. लेकिन अब यह किला ध्वस्त होता जा रहा है. इसके लिए जिम्मेदार भाजपा ही है.

खूंटी: 34 सालों का किला झामुमो-कांग्रेस ने ध्वस्त किया

झामुमो ने तो अब दक्षिणी व उत्तरी छोटानागपुर में भी अपनी मजबूत पकड़ बना ली है. भाजपा के प्रभाव वाले सभी क्षेत्रों में झामुमो की धाक दिख रही है. भाजपा का मजबूत गढ़ खूंटी भी इस बार ध्वस्त हो गया. रांची शहर की सीट कांके से भाजपा का खूंटा कबड़ गया. यहां पिछले 34 सालों से भाजपा जीत रही थी. कांग्रेस ने वापसी की है. यह झामुमो की ताकत से हुआ है. झामुमो का विस्तार पूरे राज्य में हो चुका है. झामुमोनीत गठबंधन भाजपा को अब हर सीट पर कड़ी चुनौती दे रहा है.

संगठन पर जनाधारविहीन नेताओं का कब्जा

झारखंड में भाजपा सिमट रही है. जनाधार तेजी से कमजोर हो रहा है. इसके लिए भाजपा का नेतृत्व जिम्मेदार है. पार्टी जमीन से कटती चली जा रही है. संगठन कमजोर हुआ है. संगठन पर जनाधार विहीन नेताओं का कब्जा है. प्रदेश कमेटी में कई चेहरे ऐसे हैं जो 20-25 साल से जमे हुए हैं. ऐसे लोग सर्फ प्रदेश मुख्यालय की राजनीति व बड़े नेताओं की गणेश परिक्रमा करते हैं. पार्टी में नेताओं की भरमार है व कार्यकर्ताओं की कमी.

समर्पित कार्यकर्ताओं की पूछ नहीं रह गई है. पार्टी में गुटबाजी हावी है. जनाधार वाले नेताओं की कमी है. बड़े नेता अब केवल नाम के रह गए हैं. इस विधानसभा चुनाव में भी बहुत कुछ देखने-सुनने को मिला है. भाजपा अपनी करनी से हारी है. पार्टी पर बाहरी नेताओं का कब्जा है. जमीनी हकीकत से किसी को कोई मतलब नहीं है. बड़े नेता अपने-अपने विरोधियों को टारगेट कर हराने में लगे हुए थे.

संगठन महामंत्री के कामकाज पर भी सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं. उनके आसपास जनाधारविहीन वाले नेताओं का जमावड़ा है. कुछ लोगों ने उनके पीए के व्यवहार की भी शिकायत की है. उनसे मिलने में लोगों को सोचना पड़ता है. राज्यसभा के सांसदों की लोकप्रियता व कामकाज पर भी सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं.

युवाओं को भा रही है जयराम स्टाइल राजनीति 

भाजपा में अब बड़े बदलाव की जरूरत है. नए व ऊर्जावान चेहरों को आगे लाना होगा, उन्हें जिम्मेदारी देने होगी. पुराने व थके हुए चेहरों से मुक्ति पानी होगी. आदिवासी अब साथ आनेवाले नहीं हैं.

ऐसी स्थिति में भाजपा को अब ओबीसी, जनरल व दलितों पर फोकस कर ही आगे बढ़ना होगा. इन जातियों को नेतृत्व देना होगा. उन्हें आगे लाना होगा. युवा जयराम महतो की स्टाइल की राजनीति पसंद कर रहे हैं. इसलिए जुझारू युवाओं को आगे करना होगा. ताकि जयराम महतो के असर को काटा जा सके.

भाजपा के लिए कल्पना सोरेन बड़ी चुनौती

झामुमो में कल्पना सोरेन के उदय के बाद भाजपा में महिलाओं को भी आगे लाना होगा. भाजपा के लिए कल्पना सोरेन बड़ी चुनौती बनकर उभरी हैं. कल्पना की काट के लिए महिला नेतृत्व को आगे करना होगा. चुनौतियां कई हैं. डगर कठिन है. पार्टी को फिर से खड़ा करने के लिए पांच साल का समय है.

इधर, इंडिया गठबंधन का नेतृत्व कर रहे हेमंत सोरेन के सामने भी चुनौती कम नहीं है. अपनी सरकार की लोकप्रियता बरकरार रखनी होगी. चुनाव के पहले जो वादे किए गए हैं, उसे पूरा करना होगा. यदि ऐसा करने में वह सफल रहे तो राजनीति मजबूती से आगे बढ़ेगी नहीं, तो अगर विफल रहे तो इनकी राह कठिन हो जाएगी.
