गुमला – गुमला चंदाली स्थित नए समाहरणालय में आयोजित सप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से नागरिक अपनी समस्याओं और मांगों के साथ गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी से मिलने पहुंचे। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए
भलदम चट्टी ग्रामीणों द्वारा आवेदन समर्पित कर, बताया गया कि हम धर्मेश नगर में लगलग 40 परिवार रहते है इस नगर में बिजली पोल और तार नहीं रहने से ग्रामिणों को बांस का खम्भा बनाकर घर तक लाया गया है इससे कभी भी दुर्घना हो सकी है। ग्रामिणांे द्वारा उपायुक्त से बिजली पोल, तार को लगाने का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त द्वारा आवेदन पत्र को कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत आपूर्ति प्रमण्डल को पत्र को अग्रसारित करते हुए आवश्यक कर्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
सिसई प्रखंड के नागफेनी रापूटोली के ग्रामीणों द्वारा बताया कि रापूटोली बस्ती में लगभग 2 किमी सड़क कच्ची है जिसमें ग्रामिणों को बरसात के दिनों में आने जाने में काफी कठिनाई होती है ग्रामीणों द्वारा सडक को पीसीसी बनवाने का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त द्वारा आवेदन पत्र को जिला योजना पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कर्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
बिशुनपुर प्रखंड निवासी अतुल असूर ने आवेदन समर्पित कर बताया कि मेरे पिता स्वः मदन असुर बिशुनपुर ब्लाॅक में अनुसेवक के पद पर पदस्थापित थे, जिनकी मृत्यु दिनांक 16.10़.2024 हो गयी है आवेदक द्वारा उपायुक्त से अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी की मांग की।
पनसो अम्बा टोली ग्राम निवासी सुखमती कुमारी ने अपने आावेदन में बताया कि मेरी सास फुलमैत देवी का पनसो अम्बा टोली के आंगबाड़ी में सहायिका पद पर है। जनवरी 2025 में सेवा समाप्त हो जायेगी उपायुक्त से अपने सास के जगह में नियुक्ति करने का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त ने जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अलावा आज जनता दरबार में राशन, पेंशन, आवास योजना, निजी एवं सामाजिक मुद्दों को लिए आवेदकों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की। एवं सभी की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना एवं सभी विषयों पर अविलंब कार्रवाई करने हेतु अधिनस्तो को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
