झारखंड के शिक्षक बनेंगे ‘इनोवेशन चैंपियंस’, IISER पुणे में मिलेगा विशेष STEM प्रशिक्षण

झारखंड राज्य ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक नया कदम उठाते हुए विज्ञान और गणित शिक्षकों को ‘iRISE’ (Inspiring India in Research Innovation in STEM Education) कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रशिक्षण देने की पहल की है। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य सरकारी स्कूलों में STEM (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग और गणित) शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना और विद्यार्थियों में प्रयोगात्मक मानसिकता, नवाचार, और रचनात्मकता को प्रोत्साहित करना है।

iRISE कार्यक्रम: क्या है और कैसे काम करता है?

कार्यक्रम की संरचना:
iRISE कार्यक्रम चार प्रमुख स्तंभों (स्ट्रैंड्स) पर आधारित है, जिनमें से ‘टीचर डेवलपमेंट स्ट्रैंड’ (TDS) शिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाने पर केंद्रित है। यह पहल रॉयल सोसाइटी ऑफ केमिस्ट्री, ब्रिटिश काउंसिल, टाटा ट्रस्ट और टाटा टेक्नोलॉजीज के सहयोग से विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (भारत सरकार) द्वारा संचालित की जा रही है।

तीन चरणों में प्रशिक्षण:

1. प्रथम चरण: चयनित शिक्षकों को 3 दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
2. द्वितीय चरण: कक्षा में की गई गतिविधियों के आधार पर कुछ शिक्षकों का चयन कर उन्हें IISER पुणे में 10 दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इन्हें ‘इनोवेशन चैंपियंस’ (Innovation Champions) कहा जाएगा।
3. तृतीय चरण: प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त शिक्षक जिले में कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन करेंगे और अन्य शिक्षकों को नवाचार आधारित शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए तैयार करेंगे।

झारखंड में STEM शिक्षा का विस्तार

वर्तमान स्थिति:
कार्यक्रम के तहत गढ़वा, लातेहार, पलामू, गिरिडीह और हजारीबाग के 74 शिक्षकों ने हाल ही में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया है। रांची में आयोजित इस कार्यशाला में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के निदेशक शशि रंजन और JCERT निदेशक अभिनव कुमार ने शिक्षकों को मार्गदर्शन दिया।

विशेष प्रशिक्षण:
IISER पुणे की टीम, जिसमें शिवानी पल्स, अक्षय कुलकर्णी और शुभांगी वाघ जैसे विशेषज्ञ शामिल हैं, ने शिक्षकों को आधुनिक STEM उपकरणों और शैक्षिक मॉडलों के उपयोग का प्रशिक्षण दिया।

‘इंस्पायर अवार्ड्स’ और बच्चों के भविष्य को सशक्त बनाना

iRISE कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य केवल शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित करना नहीं है, बल्कि सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को ‘इंस्पायर अवार्ड्स – मानक’ के लिए पंजीकरण को बढ़ावा देना है। यह योजना विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (भारत सरकार) की एक पहल है, जो बच्चों में नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित करती है।

प्रयोगात्मक शिक्षा की ओर कदम:
कार्यक्रम में रटने की प्रवृत्ति को हटाकर बच्चों को व्यवहारिक और प्रायोगिक शिक्षा प्रदान की जाती है। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाता है कि बच्चे दैनिक जीवन की घटनाओं और अपने आसपास के माहौल से गणित और विज्ञान को जोड़कर सीख सकें।

झारखंड: नवाचार की दिशा में देश का चौथा राज्य

महाराष्ट्र, बिहार और उत्तराखंड के बाद, झारखंड iRISE कार्यक्रम को कार्यान्वित करने वाला देश का चौथा राज्य बन गया है। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के प्रयास से STEM लैब और इंटीग्रेटेड विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाओं में आधुनिक उपकरणों और गतिविधियों को शामिल किया गया है।

प्रेरणादायक पहल:
राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने कहा:

“यह पहल न केवल शिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाएगी, बल्कि बच्चों में विज्ञान और गणित के प्रति रुचि बढ़ाने के लिए एक मजबूत आधार तैयार करेगी।”

शिक्षा में नवाचार की नई दिशा

iRISE कार्यक्रम झारखंड के शिक्षा तंत्र में एक क्रांतिकारी बदलाव लाने की क्षमता रखता है। शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित कर और बच्चों में STEM शिक्षा के प्रति रुचि जगाकर, यह पहल राज्य के शैक्षणिक स्तर को ऊंचा उठाने में सहायक होगी।
