कांग्रेस में मची है खलबली…मंत्री नहीं बनाए जाने से नाराज हैं कई विधायक, राधाकृष्ण किशोर का मुखर विरोध….अनूप सिंह को नहीं मिला वफादारी का इनाम

रांचीः हेमंत सोरेन मंत्रिमंडल में कांग्रेस कोटे से पूर्व की तरह चार मंत्री शामिल किए गए हैं. मंत्री बनने की दौड़ में कांग्रेस के कई सीनियर सहित आठ-दस विधायक शामिल थे. सबने दिल्ली की खूब दौड़ लगाई. आलाकमान तक अपनी बात पहुंचाई. जमकर पैरवी की. जिन चार विधायकों की किस्मत खुली और मंत्री बने वे तो खुश हैं. लेकिन मंत्री बनने से वंचित रह गए अधिकांश विधायक नाराज चल रहे हैं. नाराज विधायक अलग-अलग तरीके से अपनी बातें रख रहे हैं.

5 दिसंबर को हेमंत सोरेन के मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार के दिन कई विधायक राजभवन नहीं पहुंचे थे. कांग्रेस नेतृत्व नाराज विधायकों से संपर्क कर उनको मनाने में लगा हुआ है. उनको अलग-अलग जिम्मेदारी देने का भरोसा दिया जा रहा है.

कांग्रेस विधायकों में सबसे अधिक नाराजगी राधाकृष्ण किशोर को मंत्री बनाए जाने को लेकर है. इस संबंध में विधायकों का कहना है कि राधाकृष्ण किशोर नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरू होने के दौरान दूसरे दल से कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए थे. उन्हें छतरपुर से उम्मीदवार बनाया गया. चुनाव जीते और तुरंत सरकार में नंबर दो की हैसियत से मंत्री बन गए.

किशोर को दलित कोटे से मंत्री बनाया गया है. जबकि पार्टी में दूसरे दलित विधायक भी थे. सुरेश बैठा ने कांके जैसी कठिन सीट पर जीत दिलाई. 35 साल बाद यह सीट कांग्रेस को मिली है. लेकिन सुरेश बैठा जैसे पुराने नेता को दरकिनार कर दिया गया. नए पर भरोसा जताया गया.

आयातित नेता मौसम वैज्ञानिक की तरह होते हैं : राजेश कच्छप

खिजरी विधायक राजेश कच्छप के बयान पर गौर करने की जरूरत है. उन्होंने कहा है कि आयातित नेता मौसम वैज्ञानिक की तरह होते हैं. पार्टी में आते ही सबकुछ हासिल कर लेते हैं. पार्टी को पुराने नेताओं पर भरोसा करना चाहिए. कच्छप का बयान महत्वपूर्ण है.

कई वरीय विधायकों के बदले शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की को मंत्री बनाए जाने से भी विधायक नाराज है. ईसाई समुदाय से कांग्रेस के पास दो-तीन सीनियर विधायक थे. लेकिन झारखंड कांग्रेस के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की अपनी बेटी को मंत्री बनवाने में सफल रहे.

प्रदीप यादव को विधायक दल का नेता बनाकर संतुष्ट करने की तैयारी 

बन्ना गुप्ता के चुनाव हारने के बाद ओबीसी कोटे से सीनियर विधायक प्रदीप यादव के मंत्री बनने की संभावना थी. प्रदीप यादव ने खूब जोर भी लगाया. लेकिन मंत्री नहीं बन सके. प्रदीप यादव को विधायक दल का नेता बनाकर संतुष्ट करने की तैयारी है. डा. रामेश्वर उरांव भी इस बार ड्राप कर दिए गए.

बेरमो विधायक अनूप सिंह की दावेदारी इस बार मजबूत मानी जा रही थी. अंत तक अनूप सिंह रेस में बताए जा रहे थे. पर चार मंत्रियों की सूची जब सामने आई तब अनूप सिंह का नाम नहीं था. हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार पार्ट वन को जब गिराने की साजिश रची गई थी, तो इस साजिश का भंडाफोड़ अनूप सिंह ने ही किया था.

अनूप सिंह ने यदि समय रहते साजिश का खुलासा नहीं किया होता तो संभव था हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार गिर जाती. अनूप सिंह ने कोलकाता कैश कांड में पकड़े गए कांग्रेस विधायकों के खिलाफ थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया था. खुलासा करने के कारण अनूप सिंह के घर पर छापेमारी भी हुई थी. संभावना थी कि अनूप सिंह को इस बार वफादारी का इनाम मिलेगा और मंत्री बनेंगे.

अनूप सिंह बेरमो से जयराम महतो व भाजपा के कद्दावर नेता पूर्व सांसद रवींद्र पांडेय को हराकर आए हैं. जयराम महतो की बड़ी चुनौती उनके सामने थी, फिर भी वह करीब 30 हजार मतों के बड़े अंतर से जीते. अगड़ी जाति के कोटे से भी उनका नाम चल रहा था. लेकिन बात नहीं बनी.

दीपिका पांडेय सिंह का चयन भी महिला व ओबीसी कोटे से ही मंत्री के लिए हुआ है. जब कांग्रेस से अनूप सिंह का नाम कटा तो संभावना थी कि भवनाथपुर से झामुमो विधायक अनंत प्रताप देव अगड़ी जाति से मंत्री हो सकते हैं. लेकिन अंतिम समय में देव का नाम भी कट गया.

पहली बार अगड़ी जाति से कोई मंत्री नहीं

इस तरह झारखंड कैबिनेट के इतिहास में पहली बार अगड़ी जाति से कोई मंत्री नहीं है. रामगढ़ विधायक ममता देवी भी ओबीसी व महिला कोटे से मंत्री बनने को लेकर पैरवी कर रही थीं.

अब कांग्रेस विधायकों की नाराजगी क्या गुल खिलाएगी, भविष्य में इस पर सबकी नजर रहेगी. लेकिन इतना तय है कि कांग्रेस के अंदरखाने सबकुछ ठीकठाक नहीं है.

इधर, राजद में भी संजय प्रसाद यादव को मंत्री बनाए जाने से सुरेश पासवान और संजय कुमार सिंह यादव नाराज बताए जा रहे हैं. सुरेश पासवान ने तो अपने समर्थकों से विरोध-प्रदर्शन नहीं करने की अपील तक कर दी है.
