गुमला : – गुमला जिले में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी से मुलाकात की और अपनी समस्याएं एवं आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए। इस अवसर पर गुमला उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और उनके समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
गुमला निवासी उमा कुमारी ने ज्योग्राफी ऑनर्स में एमए की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद रोजगार हेतु सहायता की मांग की, जबकि घाघरा प्रखंड के संजू कुमार उरांव ने अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति और योग्यता के आधार पर नौकरी के लिए आवेदन किया।
भरनो प्रखंड की अजेडा खातून ने अपने आवेदन में बताया कि उनके पति के निधन के बाद घर चलाने में कठिनाई हो रही है और उन्हें अबुआ आवास योजना का लाभ दिया जाए। इसी प्रकार, भरनो की शबाना बीबी ने भी आवास योजना का लाभ देने का अनुरोध किया।
करौंदी निवासी सुनीत देवी ने अपनी एकल मां की स्थिति का उल्लेख करते हुए अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए स्पॉन्सरशिप योजन का लाभ देने की अपील की। टोटो निवासी जबेजा खातून ने बकरी पालन हेतु लिया गया लोन चुकाने में कठिनाई का हवाला देते हुए लोन माफी के लिए आवेदन किया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, कई अन्य आवेदकों ने निजी एवं सामूहिक विवादों के समाधान के लिए आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए, साथ ही रोजगार, आवास योजना और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ लेने हेतु भी कई आवेदन आए।
उपायुक्त ने सभी मामलों को गंभीरता से लिया और कई मामलों का समाधान मौके पर ही किया। कुछ मामलों में संबंधित अधिकारियों को बुलाकर या कॉल के माध्यम से समाधान प्रदान किया गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी नागरिकों को आश्वस्त किया कि उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान शीघ्र किया जाएगा।
