गुमला : – गुमला जिले में 19 से 24 दिसंबर 2024 तक “सुशासन सप्ताह: प्रशासन गांव की ओर” अभियान का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस विशेष अभियान का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सुशासन को बढ़ावा देना और सरकारी योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं को जनसामान्य तक सुगमता से पहुँचाना है।
जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार इस सप्ताह के दौरान जिले के नागरिकों द्वारा प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों और आवेदनों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। “शून्य ग्रीवांस” का लक्ष्य रखते हुए सभी प्रखंडों और पंचायतों में विशेष शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
अभियान के प्रमुख गतिविधियों में ग्रामीणों को जागरूक करना, सरकारी योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं की जानकारी देना, और लाभार्थियों को इन सेवाओं तक सरलता से पहुँचाने हेतु आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना शामिल है। इसके अंतर्गत पंचायत स्तर पर बैठकों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, जिसमें ग्राम वासियों को योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के तरीके बताए जा रहे हैं।
23 दिसंबर को होगा विशेष जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम
अभियान के दौरान 23 दिसंबर 2024 को जिला मुख्यालय में एक जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस कार्यशाला में सुशासन को बढ़ावा देने और प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं को और अधिक पारदर्शी एवं प्रभावी बनाने पर विचार-विमर्श किया जाएगा। इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान पिछले पाँच वर्षों में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और अन्य क्षेत्रों में अपनाई गई श्रेष्ठ कार्यप्रणालियों (बेस्ट प्रैक्टिसेज) पर आधारित एक डॉक्यूमेंट्री प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। इसके अलावा, जिले के भविष्य के विकास के लिए विजन डॉक्यूमेंट पर चर्चा की जाएगी।
सुशासन सप्ताह का उद्देश्य
इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य सरकार और जनता के बीच संवाद को सुदृढ़ करना है, जिससे जनसेवाओं की सुगमता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा सके। जिला प्रशासन यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि प्रखंड स्तर और जिला स्तर पर प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का शत-प्रतिशत समाधान किया जाए। यह पहल सुशासन को जमीनी स्तर तक पहुँचाने और प्रशासन को और अधिक जनोन्मुखी बनाने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
