गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में बसिया और कामडारा प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा।
कार्यक्रम में बसिया प्रखंड से 12 और कामडारा प्रखंड से 26 आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में पेंशन, राशन, जॉब कार्ड, और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने कहा कि ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों के लिए राहत प्रदान करने का एक प्रभावी माध्यम है। यह उन नागरिकों के लिए विशेष रूप से उपयोगी है जो जिला मुख्यालय तक आने में असमर्थ होते हैं।
नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में विद्यालय भवनों की जर्जर स्थिति, सिंचाई के लिए सुविधाओं का अभाव, डीप बोरिंग की आवश्यकता, सड़क निर्माण, पेंशन योजना, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मती, आम बागवानी योजना, और आधार कार्ड निर्माण शामिल थे।
उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।
