झारखंड के हजारीबाग के कटकमसांडी के ढौठवा में शनिवार को युवक ने स्कूल से आ रही नाबालिग की मांग में सिंदूर डाल दी। घटना की चर्चा पूरे कटकमसांडी क्षेत्र में आग की तरह फैल गयी और सभी लोग तरह तरह की चर्चा करने लगे। इस घटना की सूचना दोनों पक्षों के परिजनों को मिली। नाबालिग लड़की के परिजनों ने इसकी शिकायत कटकमसांडी थाना प्रभारी से की।
दबोचा गया मनचला
थाना प्रभारी राजबल्लभ कुमार ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर उसे बाद मे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। बताया जाता है है कि ढौठवा गांव के देवल दांगी के पुत्र नितेश कुमार दांगी ने इस गांव के अंतर जाति समाज की नाबालिक लड़की की मांग में जबरन सिंदूर भर दी थी। घटना के बाद नाबालिग के परिजन व लड़की ने थाना में आवेदन देकर युवक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया। घटना के बाद युवक को न्यायायिक हिरासत भेज दिया। वहीं नाबालिग को उसके परिजन को सौंप दिया गया है। राजवल्लभ कुमार ने कहा कि पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत भेज दिया गया है।
