गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के दूर-दराज से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।
सीलम नवटोली की निवासी पैरा देवी ने अपनी आर्थिक कठिनाइयों के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि हाल ही में उनके हार्ट का ऑपरेशन हुआ है, लेकिन दवाइयों का खर्च उठाना उनके लिए मुश्किल हो गया है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग और कल्याण विभाग को पत्र लिखकर शीघ्र आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया।
लरंगों पंचायत के निवासियों ने आवेदन देकर बताया कि उनके गांव में जल मीनार बनाए गए हैं, लेकिन उनकी गुणवत्ता में सुधार की आवश्यकता है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
गुमला निवासी चारी उरांव ने अपने आवेदन में बताया कि वे पूरी तरह असहाय हैं और उन्हें किसी भी पेंशन योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। उपायुक्त ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए ADSS को पत्र अग्रसारित कर तुरंत सहायता प्रदान करने का आदेश दिया।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान जमीन विवाद, रोजगार की मांग, विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ, और अन्य कई सार्वजनिक व निजी समस्याओं पर आधारित कुल कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। कई समस्याओं का मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया।
गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य नागरिकों की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान करना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी मामलों में पारदर्शिता और तत्परता के साथ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें।
