गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित गुमला प्रखंड के झरगांव, जिसे 2010-11 के दौरान राज्य का पहला आदर्श ग्राम के रूप में विकसित किया गया था, को पुनः जागृत करने की दिशा में प्रशासनिक प्रयास तेज हो गए हैं। झरगांव में समग्र ग्राम विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत विभिन्न विभागों, बैंक, और सामुदायिक सहभागिता का समावेश कर एक नया विकास मॉडल तैयार किया गया था। इस दौरान सोलर लाइट, पीसी पथ, मॉडल आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र, मॉडल प्राथमिक विद्यालय और बड़े पैमाने पर वृक्षारोपण जैसी योजनाओं का सफल क्रियान्वयन किया गया था।
उपायुक्त का झरगांव भ्रमण एवं नई पहल पर विमर्श
आज उपायुक्त महोदय ने झरगांव का दौरा किया और महिला समूह के साथ बैठक कर आजीविका वृद्धि के लिए नई पहल पर विचार-विमर्श किया। ग्रामीणों की आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए वृक्षारोपण, मशरूम की खेती, फिश फीड जैसे रोजगार के नए अवसर तलाशने और उन पर काम करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
ग्राम प्रधान मिंजवा उरांव ने उपायुक्त के साथ बैठक में ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं से पुनः अच्छादित करने की सहमति जताई। बैठक के दौरान महिला मंडल द्वारा पुराने लैंपस भवन को उनकी गतिविधियों के संचालन के लिए उपयोग करने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया।
महिला मंडल और ग्रामीणों से संवाद
उपायुक्त ने ग्राम संसद भवन में महिला मंडल और ग्रामीणों के साथ संवाद किया। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों को नए रोजगारपरक गतिविधियों को अपनाने और आत्मनिर्भर बनने पर जोर दिया। प्रशासन द्वारा सभी योजनाओं में समर्थन देने का आश्वासन दिया गया, लेकिन ग्रामीणों को अपने प्रयासों से स्वावलंबन की दिशा में कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान
भ्रमण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने दो मिर्गी बीमारी से ग्रस्त मरीजों की स्थिति की जानकारी ली और संबंधित CHO को उनकी चिकित्सा पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश दिया। ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त से शिक्षा पर अधिक ध्यान देने की मांग की, जिसे प्राथमिकता में रखने का आश्वासन दिया गया।
महिला मंडल के सुझाव और समस्याएं
महिला मंडल ने मशरूम की खेती में मार्केटिंग की समस्या और बीज की अनुपलब्धता के विषय में जानकारी दी। इस पर उपायुक्त ने जेएसएलपीएस को बीज उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।
अन्य निरीक्षण और प्रगति समीक्षा
उपायुक्त ने सामुदायिक थ्रेसर, कृत्रिम गर्भाधान केंद्र, आम बगवानी, अर्जुन के पौधे, राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय, पुराने लैंपस भवन, और आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर का निरीक्षण किया।

झरगांव के पुनः आदर्श ग्राम के रूप में विकसित होने से न केवल ग्रामीणों की आजीविका में सुधार होगा, बल्कि पूरे झारखंड के लिए एक प्रेरणादायक मॉडल प्रस्तुत होगा।
