गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मौजा बुड़का पंचायत कुदरा में अवैध खनन और परिवहन की रोकथाम के लिए जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, सशस्त्र बल के नेतृत्व में औचक निरीक्षण एवं छापामारी की गई।
छापामारी के दौरान मौजा बुड़का पंचायत कुदरा में अवैध रूप से उत्खनित बालू का भंडारण पाया गया। निरीक्षण में लगभग 20,000 घनफीट बालू भंडारित था, जबकि रोड के दूसरी ओर लगभग 2,000 घनफीट बालू भंडारित पाया गया।
अगले दिन, 09.01.2025 को, लगभग 8,000 घनफीट बालू उठाए जाने की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई।
छापामारी में भंडारित बालू को जब्त कर लिया गया। जांच में यह भी पाया गया कि उक्त स्थल पर किसी प्रकार की भंडारण अनुज्ञप्ति या बंदोबस्ती नहीं है। यह कार्य पूर्णतः अवैध है।
कानूनी प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन:
1. खान एवं खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 4 एवं 21।
2. झारखंड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 के नियम 4 और 54।
3. झारखंड खनिज (अवैध खनन, परिवहन और भंडारण की रोकथाम) नियम, 2017 के नियम 7 और 9।
इस प्रकार का अवैध कार्य न केवल राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति को क्षति पहुंचाता है, बल्कि सरकारी राजस्व की हानि भी करता है।
कार्रवाई की अपील:
अवैध खनन और भंडारण में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध संबंधित धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही भंडारण स्थलों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा।
