गुमला : – गुमला जिले के पालकोट प्रखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम टेंगरिया में पारंपरिक वाद्य यंत्र “मांदर” के निर्माण और कौशल विकास के लिए 50 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड, रांची झारखंड द्वारा प्रायोजित कौशल उन्नयन योजना के तहत आयोजित किया गया है।
प्रशिक्षण में 20 कारीगर भाग ले रहे हैं, जिन्हें उन्नत टूल किट प्रदान की गई। टूल किट वितरण समारोह में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, पालकोट विजय उरांव ने कारीगरों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए कहा कि मांदर हमारा सांस्कृतिक धरोहर है, और इसे नई पीढ़ी तक पहुंचाना हमारा दायित्व है। उन्होंने वाद्य यंत्र के उन्नत निर्माण और इसके विक्रय को बढ़ावा देने का आश्वासन दिया।
प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक, पालकोट सूरज महतो ने बताया कि उन्नत टूल किट के उपयोग से कारीगर मांदर निर्माण की गुणवत्ता और उत्पादन को बेहतर बना सकते हैं। इस पहल से कारीगर अपनी आय बढ़ाकर अपने जीवन स्तर में सुधार कर सकेंगे।
गुमला की विशेष पहचान:
गुमला जिले को मांदर निर्माण के लिए विशेष भौगोलिक पहचान देने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। यह क्षेत्र जल्द ही पूरे देश में मांदर उत्पादन के लिए प्रसिद्ध होगा।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान पंचायत मुखिया कमला देवी, प्रशिक्षण एजेंसी के प्रतिनिधि प्रदीप चौधरी, और अन्य गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य कारीगरों को उनकी परंपरागत कला में निपुण बनाना और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ाना है।
