गुमला – गुमला सदर थाना स्थित उत्क्रमित प्राथमिक विद्यालय कांटेटोली के एचएम सोहन खड़िया ने गुमला थाना में लिखित आवेदन सौंपकर दो चोरों के विरूद्ध नामजद केस दर्ज कराया है. दर्ज केस में उन्होने ढिढ़ौली कांटेटोली निवासी रोहित गोप व चंदन कुमार साहू को आरोपी बनाया है. उन लोगों के पास से ग्रामीणों ने एक लाल रंग का बैग व तीन गुच्छा चाभी व दो पीस चिलम बरामद किया है. जिसके बाद पुलिस को सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस ने दोनों को हिरासत में लेकर थाना ले आयी. वहीं दोनों को न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर जेल भेज दिया.
आवेदन में कहा है कि 13 जनवरी की सुबह 8 बजे स्कूल का ताला तोड़कर स्कूल का सरकारी चावल की चोरी करते हुए ग्रामीणों ने उन दोनों को पकड़ा. पूछताछ करने पर उन्होने बताया कि इससे पूर्व भी स्कूल में उन्होने चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दिया है. जिसमें 4.50 बोरी दाल, तेल, गिलास, गैस सिलेंडर सहित चूल्हा की चोरी कर चुके है.
उक्त चोरी में मुरकुंडा निवासी जिवितोष चौधरी, सुबो मुंडा, घुंटीटोली निवासी मनीष नायक, तिर्रा निवासी अमान अंसारी, लुंगटू बसिया निवासी शुभम पाठक, ओम पाठक ने मिलकर चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दिया था. चोरी के चावल, दाल व सिलेंडर को बेचकर वे लोग गांजा व शराब खरीदकर सेवन करते थे. गत 13 जनवरी को वे लोग चोरी करने के उद्देश्य से पहुंचे थे. तो ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया.
