गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा थाना के सुदूरवर्ती एवं पहाड़ी के तलहटी पर बसे तुसगॉव से वन विभाग के प्रभारी फोरेस्टर शेखर सिंह ने आरक्षित वन क्षेत्र से लिप्ट्स के कटे बोटे को जब्त किया है। वन विभाग के वनरक्षी ने इस आशय की सूचना फॉरेस्टर शेखर सिंह को रविवार को दी थी। इसके बाद वह तुसगॉव स्थित उक्त स्थल पर पहुँचे जहां आरक्षित वन क्षेत्र से लिप्ट्स के पेड़ की कटाई कर उसे गंतब्य पर ले जाने की तैयारी हो रही थी।
वहां फोरेस्टर शेखर सिंह पहुँच लिप्ट्स के करीब 10 बोटे को कब्जे में कर ट्रैक्टर से आदर स्थित नाके में लाकर रखा और इस आशय की सूचना शेखर सिंह ने अपने विभागीय अधिकारियों को दूरभाष पर दी है। उन्हसे पूछे जाने पर इसका मूल्य करीब 20 हजार बताया। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि लिप्ट्स का पेड़ किस ब्यक्ति द्वारा कटवाया गया इसकी जानकारी हासिल की जा रही है। मामले को लेकर विभाग द्वारा प्राथमिकी दर्ज किए जाने की बात शेखर सिंह ने कही।
