विनोबा भावे यूनिवर्सिटी के अंतर्गत यूनिवर्सिटी कॉलेज आफ इंजीनियरिंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी में आयोजित छह दिवसीय फैकेल्टी डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम का शनिवार देर शाम को समापन हुआ। यह कार्यक्रम एआइसीटीइ ट्रेनिंग एंड लर्निंग, अटल (ATAL) के तहत प्रायोजित था। यह कार्यक्रम प्रोडक्शन, स्टोरेज, यूटिलाइजेशन ऑफ़ हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल एवं नेशनल ग्रीन मिशन ऑफ़ हाइड्रोजन के विषय पर आयोजित किया गया। इस फैकल्टी डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम में भारत के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों से कुल 41 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिए।
बतौर संसाधन व्यक्ति इसमें देश और विदेश से ख्याति प्राप्त प्राध्यपको ने अपना व्याख्यान दिया। डॉ० रमेश जीरागल, प्राध्यापक, कॉलेज आफ इंजीनियरिंग विजयपुर, प्रो० डी.बी लाटा, सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ़ झारखंड, डॉ० सुभाष लहाने, कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग पुणे, प्रो० बी.एस सालवी, महाराणा प्रताप यूनिवर्सिटी आफ एग्रीकल्चर एंड टेक्नोलॉजी उदयपुर, डॉ० संतोष कुमार, हरकोर्ट बटलर यूनिवर्सिटी उत्तर प्रदेश, प्रो० गजेंद्र प्रसाद सिंह, सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ़ झारखंड, डॉ० नजरुल हसन, कोंकुक यूनिवर्सिटी, सोल, साउथ कोरिया, डॉ० एस. अंबारसु, नेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी राउरकेला, श्री सुमित परिसा, अपेक्स इनोवेशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड सांगली, प्रो० टी.एस हर्षा, ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी कर्नाटक और डॉ० वी.एन दुर्गा, सरला बिरला यूनिवर्सिटी रांची ने इस विषय पर अपने-अपने विचार रखें।
समापन समारोह को बतौर मुख्य अतिथि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ सादिक रज्जाक ने संबोधित किया। उन्होंने इस कार्यशाला की गुणवत्ता की चर्चा करते हुए इस आयोजन के लिए यूसेट के निदेशक डॉ आशीष कुमार साहा की सराहना की । यूनिवर्सिटी कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी के निर्देशक, डॉ० आशीष के. साहा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि “हाइड्रोजन ही भविष्य का ईंधन है” । उन्होंने स्तरीय एवं सामयिक व्याख्यान के लिए सभी विशेषज्ञ वक्ताओं को बधाई दी। डॉ साहां ने अपने संबोधन के क्रम में भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित हाइड्रोजन मिशन पर भी प्रकाश डाला।
कार्यक्रम के आयोजन एवं संचालन में संयुक्त रूप से गणित विभाग के डॉ खेमलाल महतो एवं इलेक्ट्रानिक्स एंड कम्युनिकेशन इंजीनियरिंग विभाग के प्रो रंजीत कुमार ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
छह दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के समनव्यक मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग विभाग के डॉ चंद्रभूषण कुमार ने सभी प्रतिभागी, विशेषज्ञ, रजिस्ट्रार और निर्देशक महोदय का वर्कशॉप आयोजित करने में बहुमूल्य योगदान के लिए धन्यवाद दिया और हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल को भारत की आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए आवश्यक बताया। ज्ञात हो कि भारत द्वारा बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में ईंधन का आयात किया जाता है।
