गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में KCC (किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड), ऋण माफी, फसल राहत योजना, बीज-खाद वितरण, सहकारिता विभाग, PMEGP, SHG, JSLPS, महिला लाखपति किसान योजना, रागी मिशन, बैंक लिंकेज एवं खरीफ सुखाड़ टास्क फोर्स के अंतर्गत प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने फाइनेंशियल ईयर 2024-25 की KCC रिपोर्ट का बैंकवार विश्लेषण किया। इस वर्ष कुल 2323 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 1270 आवेदनों को स्वीकृत कर 1249 लाभुकों को ऋण प्रदान किया गया। उपायुक्त ने रिजेक्ट हुए आवेदनों की पुनः जांच का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि बैंक एवं जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी समन्वय स्थापित कर पेंडिंग एवं रिजेक्ट आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें। सभी ATM और BTM को बैंकों का दौरा कर रिजेक्ट आवेदनों की स्थिति स्पष्ट करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।
सहकारिता विभाग के अंतर्गत प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत खरीफ फसल के लाभुकों की सूची एवं लोकेशन की जानकारी प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया। किसानों को मधुमक्खी पालन के लिए प्रशिक्षित करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया। बैठक में बीमा कंपनियों के साथ बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया।
SHG (स्वयं सहायता समूह) की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में प्राप्त 157 आवेदनों का शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन किया जा चुका है। उपायुक्त ने इस वर्ष भी लक्ष्य के अनुरूप बेहतर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।
PMEGP (प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना) के तहत कुल 199 आवेदनों में से 61 का निष्पादन हुआ, जबकि 47 आवेदन पेंडिंग हैं। PMFME के तहत 34 आवेदन लंबित हैं। उपायुक्त ने पेंडिंग और रिजेक्ट आवेदनों की पुनः समीक्षा एवं त्वरित निष्पादन का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, उपायुक्त ने मत्स्य पालन, पशुपालन और भूमि संरक्षण विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को कार्य में तेजी लाने और योजनाओं का अधिक से अधिक लाभ पहुंचाने का निर्देश दिया।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, LDM, DPM JSLPS, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, एवं अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
