सेहत से भरपूर है अदाणी-इस्कॉन का महाप्रसाद…महाकुंभ में श्रद्धालुओं को हो रही है दिव्य स्वाद की अनुभूति

आखिर क्या है महाप्रसाद के स्वादिष्ट होने का राज़? स्वाद के साथ सेहत को कैसे रखता है दुरुस्त? बर्बादी रोकने का भी है पूरा इंतजाम, पूरी प्लानिंग से होता है महाप्रसाद तैयार

प्रयागराज : मौनी अमावस्या के पवित्र स्नान के लिए देश औऱ दुनिया से श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ प्रयागराज में उमड़ रही है। करोड़ों लोग संगम में पवित्र डुबकी लगा रहे हैं, भीड़ और आवागमन को लेकर लोग चिंता में हैं लेकिन खानपान को लेकर लोगों में किसी तरह की चिंता नहीं है। इसका कारण है कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध महाप्रसाद। अदाणी और इस्कॉन मिलकर प्रतिदिन 1 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों के लिए महाप्रसाद का वितरण कर रहे हैं। यह महाप्रसाद, मेला क्षेत्र में स्थित इस्कॉन की 3 रसोइयों में बनाया जा रहा है और 40 से भी ज्यादा स्थानों पर वितरित किया जा रहा है। वितरण का काम लगभग पूरे दिन ही चलता रहता है। आइए जानते हैं कि आखिर क्या राज़ है अदाणी-इस्कॉन के इस महाप्रसाद का जो, इसे लोग प्रतिदिन खाने के बाद भी इसकी तारीफ करते नहीं थकते हैं।

सुबह के प्रसाद की तैयारी रात 2 बजे से शुरू हो जाती है

कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र के सेक्टर 19 में स्थित इस्कॉन की रसोई में पूरे दिन सरगर्मी बनी रहती है। सुबह के प्रसाद की तैयारी देर रात 2 बजे के आसपास शुरू हो जाती है। सबसे पहले सब्जियों को किचन तक लाने और उन्हें छीलने-काटने का काम होता है। सब्जियां ताजी ही इस्तेमाल की जाती हैं। सारी खरीदारी लोकल दुकानदारों से की जाती है। जरूरत के मुताबिक दुकानदारों को पहले ही सूचित कर दिया जाता है। खरीदारी के काम को लगातार करने वाले इस्कॉन के सेवक निखिल बताते हैं कि हम रोज सुबह इस काम के लिए लिए निकलते हैं और सुबह ही तकरीबन 500 क्विंटल सब्जी खरीदी जाती है।

किचन को आईआईटी के 4 सिविल और मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरों ने तैयार किया है

अदाणी-इस्कॉन रसोई का निर्माण भी इस तरह से किया गया है कि खाने की गुणवत्ता बनी रह सके। एक तरफ जहां एलपीजी सिलेंडरों का इस्तेमाल होता है तो दूसरी तरफ ईंट और मिट्टी के इस्तेमाल से चूल्हे भी बने हुए हैं। इन चूल्हों में गाय के गोबर से बने उपलों का इस्तेमाल होता है। यहां पर सब्जियों को धीमी आंच पर पकाया जाता है। पूरे किचन को आईआईटी के 4 सिविल और मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरों ने तैयार किया है। इस्कॉन प्रवक्ता का कहना है कि हम कहीं भी 2 दिन के नोटिस पर 50 हजार लोगों के लिए खाना बनाने लायक किचन बना सकते हैं।

आखिर क्या है स्वादिष्ट प्रसाद का गणित

जब हमने इस्कॉन प्रवक्ता दीन गोपाल दास जी से खाने की मात्रा और गुणवत्ता को लेकर सवाल किया तो उन्होंने बताया कि हम श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या का अंदाजा उनके खड़े या बैठ कर खाने के पैटर्न के हिसाब से लगा लेते हैं। जब लोग खड़े होकर खाते हैं तो वह अमूमन 300-400 ग्राम खाना खाते हैं और जब वह बैठ कर खाते हैं तो यह मात्रा 700 से 800 ग्राम तक पहुंच जाती है।

खाने के मैन्यू को लेकर वह कहते हैं कि इसे तैयार करने के लिए भी न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट की एक टीम है। मैन्यू तैयार करते वक्त पौष्टिकता के साथ स्वाद का संतुलन बनाने की कोशिश की जाती है। प्रसाद की हर खुराक में विटामिन (सब्जियां), प्रोटीन (दालें) एवं कॉर्बॉहाइड्रेट्स (चावल-आटा) को शामिल किया जाता है। चावल को इस तरह से पकाया जाता है कि प्रतिदिन खाने वाले को सुपाच्य रहे।

इसके अतिरिक्त प्रसाद में श्रद्धालुओं को प्रसाद में संपूर्ण रस मिले इसलिए साथ में एक मिष्ठान (हलवा-लड्डू) को शामिल किया जाता है। प्रसाद को बनाने के लिए सिर्फ देसी घी का ही इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

….ताकि बर्बाद न हो अन्न का एक भी दाना

अदाणी-इस्कॉन किचन जिस मनोयोग से महाप्रसाद का निर्माण करता है उतनी ही लगन से उसके वितरण में भी लगा हुआ है। वितरण करते वक्त ध्यान दिया जाता है कि प्रसाद बर्बाद न हो। इसके लिए श्रद्धालु से पूछ कर ही उसके पात्र या पत्तल में प्रसाद परोसा जाता है। रसोई में बनने के बाद प्रसाद जिन 40 केंद्रों पर बांटा जाता है वहां से दोबारा एकत्र करके शहर के अन्य भीड़-भाड़ और जरूरतमंद लोगों के बीच बांटने के लिए भेज दिया जाता है।

इस पूरी मशक्कत के पीछे लक्ष्य सिर्फ एक ही है– कोई भी श्रद्धालु भूखा न रह जाए। बता दें कि अदाणी समहू ने इस्कॉन के साथ मिल कर प्रतिदिन 1 लाख लोगों में महाप्रसाद वितरण का लक्ष्य रखा है। यह सेवा महाकुंभ मेला जारी रहने तक चलती रहेगी।
