रिसोर्स शिक्षकों और थेरेपिस्टों के लिए तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला शुरू

रांची: झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद और यूनिसेफ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में रिसोर्स शिक्षकों और थेरेपिस्टों के लिए तीन दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ झारखंड शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (JSCERT), रांची में किया गया। इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन समेकित क्षेत्रीय केंद्र (CRC) रांची द्वारा किया जा रहा है, जिसमें झारखंड के विभिन्न जिलों के शिक्षक और थेरेपिस्ट भाग ले रहे हैं।

चार बैच में होगा प्रशिक्षण, पहला बैच छह जिलों के शिक्षकों के लिए

इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को चार बैचों में संपन्न किया जाएगा, जो 19 फरवरी 2025 तक जारी रहेगा। पहले बैच में रांची, खूंटी, गुमला, पूर्वी सिंहभूम, सरायकेला और पश्चिमी सिंहभूम के शिक्षक शामिल हुए हैं।

कार्यशाला में विशेषज्ञों की भागीदारी

कार्यशाला के उद्घाटन समारोह में राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन, CRC रांची के निदेशक सूर्यमणि प्रसाद, समावेशी शिक्षा की राज्य समन्वयक अरुणा लता केरकेट्टा, साइटसेवर्स इंडिया के राज्य सलाहकार चंदन सिंह, यूनिसेफ के राज्य सलाहकार संजीव कुमार और विजय सहित विभिन्न जिलों से आए रिसोर्स शिक्षक एवं थेरेपिस्ट शामिल हुए।

प्रशिक्षण के पहले दिन ये विषय रहे केंद्र में

कार्यशाला के पहले दिन शिक्षकों और थेरेपिस्टों को विकासात्मक दिव्यांगता से जुड़ी चिकित्सा पद्धतियों और शैक्षिक हस्तक्षेपों पर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। मुख्य विषयों में शामिल रहे:

• विकासात्मक दिव्यांगता में चिकित्सीय हस्तक्षेप
• संवेदी एकीकरण की प्रक्रिया
• विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के लिए घर आधारित चिकित्सा पद्धति
• व्यक्तिगत शैक्षणिक योजना (IEP) विकसित करने की तकनीक
• हस्तक्षेप प्रक्रिया में माता-पिता की भागीदारी का महत्व
• भारतीय सांकेतिक भाषा की मूल बातें

विशेषज्ञ वक्ताओं का मार्गदर्शन

प्रशिक्षण सत्र में CRC रांची के लेक्चरर विद्याकर कुमार, चौधरी राजेश रंजन समल, सुमन कुमारी, राम प्रकाश राय और CIP रांची की पूर्व सहायक प्रोफेसर मिट्टू मुत्थु वर्घी ने अपने विचार साझा किए।

समावेशी शिक्षा को मिलेगा बढ़ावा

यह कार्यशाला समावेशी शिक्षा को मजबूत करने और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के लिए शिक्षकों और थेरेपिस्टों की भूमिका को प्रभावी बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। आगामी दिनों में अन्य बैचों के शिक्षकों को भी इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से जोड़ा जाएगा।
