कामडारा थाना क्षेत्र में हुई वारदात, आरोपी ने कबूला जुर्म
गुमला, झारखंड – गुमला जिले के कामडारा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सुरहू अटिल टोली में शांति केरकेट्टा (50 वर्ष) की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस ने मुख्य आरोपी पवन केरकेट्टा को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है।
थाना प्रभारी शशि प्रकाश ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस मामले में पहले हाफ मर्डर का केस दर्ज किया गया था (कामडारा थाना कांड सं. 04/25)। पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली, जिसके आधार पर पवन केरकेट्टा को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की गई। पूछताछ के दौरान उसने अपना अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी के निशानदेही पर हत्या में प्रयुक्त चाकू भी बरामद कर लिया।
शादी समारोह से लौटते वक्त हुआ था हमला
यह घटना 21 जनवरी, मंगलवार को रात करीब 7:30 बजे की है। शांति केरकेट्टा लोदो टोली गांव में एक शादी समारोह में शामिल होने गई थीं। वहां से अपने पति के लिए खाना लेकर वापस घर लौट रही थीं, तभी रास्ते में पहले से घात लगाए पवन केरकेट्टा ने पेट और पीठ पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया।
हमले में गंभीर रूप से घायल महिला को तत्काल इलाज के लिए रिम्स, रांची रेफर किया गया, जहां इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई।
पुलिस ने दी चेतावनी, आगे की कार्रवाई जारी
पुलिस ने कहा कि हत्या में शामिल किसी भी अपराधी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और मामले की पूरी जांच जारी है। थाना प्रभारी शशि प्रकाश ने बताया कि क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए लगातार निगरानी की जा रही है।
पुलिस अब यह पता लगाने में जुटी है कि आरोपी ने हत्या को अंजाम देने के पीछे कौन से कारण थे और क्या इसमें कोई और शामिल था।
