गैर कानूनी गतिविधियों में संलिप्त एवं अपने दायित्वों के प्रति लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में प्रशासनिक कार्यों की पारदर्शिता एवं सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार गैर कानूनी गतिविधियों में संलिप्त एवं अपने दायित्वों के प्रति लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में जिले के तीन कर्मियों पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की गई है, तथा आगे भी जांचोपरांत संबंधित अधिकारियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निदेशक DRDA, विद्या भूषण द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला के प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर एकलाखु रहमान वारसी, सहायक अभियंता (संविदा आधारित), जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण, गुमला, जो वर्तमान में जिला परिषद, गुमला में पदस्थापित थे, को संवेदक से अवैध राशि की मांग एवं भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त रहने के कारण तत्काल प्रभाव से उनकी प्रतिनियुक्ति से मुक्त कर दिया गया है। उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया है कि संबंधित कार्यालयों के सभी अभिलेख कार्यालय प्रधान को हस्तगत कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

इसी प्रकार, प्रमोद कुमार, प्रधान लिपिक, जिला पंचायत शाखा, गुमला, जो वर्तमान में जिला परिषद, गुमला में प्रतिनियुक्त थे, को संवेदकों से अवैध राशि की मांग, असंसदीय भाषा के प्रयोग एवं भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्तता के आरोप में तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया गया है। निलंबन अवधि में उनका मुख्यालय विशुनपुर अंचल कार्यालय निर्धारित किया गया है तथा झारखंड सेवा संहिता के नियम 96 के तहत उन्हें नियमानुसार निलंबन भत्ता प्रदान किया जाएगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त, एक समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित खबर के आधार पर लक्ष्मण खलखो, लेखा लिपिक, ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल, गुमला, के कार्य में लापरवाही एवं कर्तव्यहीनता के कारण उनके निलंबन की अनुशंसा की गई है। प्रकाशित रिपोर्ट में बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के लिए ऑफलाइन टेंडर निकाले जाने और रद्द किए जाने का मामला उजागर किया गया था, जिसमें संवेदकों को टेंडर पत्र नहीं बेचा गया, जबकि वे कार्यालय के चक्कर लगाते रहे। यह मामला गंभीर लापरवाही को दर्शाता है, जिसके आधार पर संबंधित कर्मी के विरुद्ध निलंबन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की गई है।

इसके अलावा, यदि जांच में ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल, गुमला के कार्यपालक अभियंता की संलिप्तता पाई जाती है, तो उनके विरुद्ध भी नियमानुसार कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उक्त के आलोक में उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि, जांच प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के पश्चात दोषी पाए गए सभी कर्मियों के विरुद्ध आगे की कानूनी एवं प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। गुमला जिला प्रशासन यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है कि जिले में प्रशासनिक कार्य पारदर्शिता और नियमों के अनुरूप संचालित हों। भविष्य में भी भ्रष्टाचार एवं लापरवाही पर इसी तरह कठोर कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
