साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का हुआ आयोजन पालकोट एवं रायडीह प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़ कर की उपायुक्त से मुलाकातउपयुक्त गुमला ने *ओन द स्पॉट * उक्त समस्याओं का समाधान का दिया आदेश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुए साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में पालकोट एवं रायडीह प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।

कार्यक्रम में पालकोट एवं रायडीह प्रखंड से लगभग 20 आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में जमीन ऑनलाइन करने, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने, आधार कार्ड में नाम सुधार करने, पेयजल समस्या, सड़क निर्माण,पेंशन, मंईया सम्मान योजना की राशि एवं अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उपायुक्त गुमला ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक समस्याओं का ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान किए जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया। इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से मईया सम्मान योजना की राशि के सम्बन्ध में कई ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने VC के माध्यम से समस्याओं को रखा। इस समस्या के सम्बन्ध में उपायुक्त महोदय द्वारा संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा भी कई समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया।

इस माह दिनांक 10 मई को घाघरा एवं बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में होगा जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन। जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन प्रत्येक शनिवार को पूर्वाह्न 10:30 बजे से आयोजित की जाती है। जिले के समस्त नागरिक दिए गए तिथि पर अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय में जाकर ई -जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर अपनी समस्याओं को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से उपायुक्त से साझा कर सकते हैं
