गुमला में अंडा उत्पादन और मुर्गी पालन के रोजगार से दूसरे जिलों को सिख लेने की जरूरत हैं

बसिया में महिला समिति की सदस्यों का काम देख कर प्रभावित हुई मंत्री

विभाग की तरफ से नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त कर इसे बढ़ावा देने का होगा प्रयास

गुमला’ : – गुमला कृषि , पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने गुमला जिले के बसिया क्षेत्र का दौरा किया . यहां मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने अंडा उत्पादन और मुर्गी पालन से जुड़ी महिला समिति की दीदियों से लंबी चर्चा की .आज के दिन गुमला के बसिया में फेडरेशन का गठन कर राज्य के कई जिलों के महिला समितियों को इससे जोड़ा गया है, वर्तमान में फेडरेशन से करीब 5 हजार 300 महिलाएं जुड़ी है . यहां एक महिला समिति जिसमें 300 के करीब महिलाएं शामिल है वो अंडा उत्पादन और मुर्गी पालन के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम कर रही है . इस महिला समिति से जुड़ी हर एक महिला का सालाना आय 40 हजार तक पहुंच गया है , जो आज के दिन स्वरोजगार और खुद को स्वावलंबी बनाने का एक जीता जगता उदाहरण है . मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि बाजार में अंडा और चिकन दोनों के काफी डिमांड है . गुमला जिले की बसिया की महिला समिति से जुड़ी दीदियों के इस काम को दूसरे जिले के महिला समिति से जुड़ी दीदियों को अपनाने की जरूरत है . इसमें कृषि , पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग भी हर संभव मदद करेगा . विभाग के द्वारा अंडा उत्पादन और मुर्गी पालन के इस व्यापार में नोडल अधिकारी का होना बहुत जरूरी है , ताकि विभाग के द्वारा इस व्यापार को बढ़ाने और सरकारी सहायता प्रदान करने तक मॉनिटरिंग हो सके . मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने जोहार परियोजना के तहत 600 के बजाय 220 शेड निर्माण की जानकारी ली . उन्होंने कहा है कि समिति से जुड़ी महिलाओं को सब्सिडी के तहत शेड की योजना दे कर उन्हें सीधे तौर पर लाभान्वित किया जा सकता है . मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने बसिया के बनई और जोलो गांव की दीदियों का हौसला बढ़ाते हुए कहा कि उनके काम की चर्चा दूसरे जिले और दूसरे राज्य तक हो रही है . समय के साथ इसे और व्यवस्थित और रोजगार मुखी बनाने की जरूरत है . अपने गांव अपने घर अपने परिवार के बीच रहते हुए इससे बेहतर रोजगार नहीं हो सकता हैं।
