नाबालिग के साथ बलात्कार का मामला , प्रकाश में आया है, पीड़िता ने आरोपी के विरुद्ध दर्ज कराई प्राथमिकी

गुमला- गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित डुमरी थाना क्षेत्र में एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ बलात्कार का गंभीर मामला प्रकाश में आया है , डुमरी थाना प्रभारी अनुज कुमार ने उक्त घटना की पुष्टि करते हुयें, पीड़िता के पिता के द्वारा लिखित आवेदन के आधार पर पॉक्सो एक्ट और भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 376 के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।

पीडिता ने पुलिस के समक्ष बताई – अपनी आप बीती

नाबालिग पीडिता और उसके पिता राजेंद्र दास ने बताया की उनकी 13 वर्षीय नाबालिक पुत्री ,गत 13 फरवरी 2025 को अपनी सहेली मुनि कुमारी के साथ महुआडार मेला देखने गई थी , और देर शाम तक जब वह घर नहीं लौटी, तो परिवार और परिजनों ने चिंता जताते हुए रात भर नहीं सोए और प्रातः होते ही 14 फरवरी को नाबालिग लड़की के पिता और मां ( दोनों पति-पत्नी ) महुआडंड जाकर अपनी बेटी को खोजने का प्रयास करने लगें इसी क्रम में उन्हें उनकी बेटी और उसकी सहेली की बहन मिलें और उन्होंने बताया कि रात होने के कारण वे लोग वहीं रुक गये थे , घर लौटने के बाद भी उक्त नाबालिग पुत्री काफी डरी सहमी हुई थी और किसी से कोई बात नहीं कर रही थी, और फ़िर उक्त नाबालिग पुत्री ने 16 फरवरी 2025 को अपनी मां को बताया कि,जब मैं अपनी सहेली मुनि कुमारी के घर में सोने के दौरान , उसकी सहेली के भाई देर रात्रि में मेरे बिस्तर में आ गया और उसके साथ जबरदस्ती बलात्कार किया।

पीड़िता ने पुलिस के समक्ष बताई की उसके इच्छा के विरुद्ध आरोपी ने किया जबरदस्ती बलात्कार

उक्त नाबालिग पीड़िता ने बताया कि जब मैं आरोपी का विरोध की तो आरोपी ने उसके मुंह को दबा दिया और जान से मारने की धमकी देकर मेरे साथ मेरे इच्छा केविरुद्ध उक्त आरोपी ने बलात्कार किया और धमकी भरे लहजे में कहाकि अगर तुमने उक्त घटना का जिक्र किसी से भी की तो उसका गंभीर परिणाम उसके पूरे परिवार को भुगतने होंगे।

नाबालिक पीड़िता उसके माता पिता एवं परिजनों ने पुलिस प्रशासन से सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की गुहार लगाई हैं

पीड़िता के पिता ने उक्त आरोपी के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग , करते हुयें साथ ही साथ उक्त पीड़ित नाबालिक पुत्री सहित पूरे परिवार एवं परिजनों के जान माल की सुरक्षा की गुहार भी लगाई हैं।
डुमरी थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि उक्त नाबालिग पीड़ित लड़की के पिता द्वारा मंगलवार देर शाम को उन्हें एक लिखित आवेदन प्राप्त हुआ , जिसपर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, उक्त आवेदन के आधार पर एक, एफआईआर दर्ज करने के बाद, एक छापेमारी दल का गठित किया गया है और जल्द ही उक्त आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर सलाखों के पीछे भेज दिया जाएगा ।
