एक विक्षिप्त युवक ने अपने ही गांव के एक वृद्ध व्यक्ति को कुदाल से कट-कटकर निर्मम हत्या को अंजाम दे दिया

पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं

गुमला – गुमला सदर थाना स्थित धनगांव करम टोली ग्राम निवासी 30 वर्षीय दीक्षिप्त राजेश उरांव ( पिता – बरगी उरांव )ने अपने ही गांव के 55 वर्षीय वृद्ध नानो खड़िया ( पिता – जोंगा खड़िया ) के गर्दन – चेहरा और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों में लगातार कई वार कर घटनास्थल पर ही मौत के घाट उतार दिया, और भागकर अपने घर का दरवाजा बन्द कर अपने घर में छुप गया , यह देख धनगांव करमटोली ग्राम एवं आस-पास के ग्रामीण आक्रोशित होकर हत्या के आरोपी के घर का दरवाजा तोड़ने का प्रयास करने लगे , परन्तु उसके घर का दरवाजा नहीं टूटा , तो आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने उसके घर के छत्त को उखाड़ कर उसके घर के अंदर घुसकर हत्या के आरोपी राजेश उरांव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर उसे उसके घर से बाहर निकलकर लाठी डंडे , लात घूसों आदि से मारकर अधमरा कर दिये , उक्त घटना के संबंध में ग्रामीणों ने बताया की बुधवार के अपराह्न लगभग 4:00 बजे दिन में दीक्षिप्त राजेश खड़िया एकाएक अपने हांथ में कुदाल लेकर गांव के बच्चों और अन्य ग्रामीणों को कुदाल से काटने के लिये दौड़ाने लगा, फलस्वरूप पूरे गांव में अफरा तफरी मच गई , इसी क्रम में उक्त गांव के नानो खड़िया जो मधुबन गांव के तरफ से आ रहा था, जिस पर एकाएक कुदाल से उसने 55 वर्षीय वृद्ध नानो खड़िया ( पिता – जोंगा खड़िया ) के गर्दन – चेहरा और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों में लगातार कई वार कर नानो खड़िया को उक्त घटनास्थल पर ही मौत के घाट उतार कर , वह दौड़कर अपने घर के अंदर छूप गया था , जिसे ग्रामीणों ने उसे घर से बाहर निकल कर उपस्थित आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने लाठी डंडे, लात घूसों से मारकर अधमरा कर दिया और गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस को उक्त घटना की सूचना दी गई, सूचना मिलते ही गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, थाना प्रभारी सुरेंद्र कुमार सिंह अपने दलबल के साथ उक्त घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर गहराई से पूछताछ और छानबीन शुरू करते हुए, विक्षिप्त राजेश खड़िया को इलाज के लिये गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजवाया गया , और मृतक नानो खड़िया के शाव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम हेतु गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भेजवाया गया और पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को आज उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं, विक्षिप्त राजेश उरांव के पिता – बरगी उरांव ने बताया की कुछ दिन से विक्षिप्त राजेश उरांव बोलता था की घर में सांप घुस रहा हैं, मेहमान आ रहे हैं आदि बातें बोल बोल कर घर में छुप जा रहा था और आज उसने उक्त हत्या कांड को अंजाम दे दिया हैं।
