मंत्री ने गुमला में विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा की, पंचायत सचिवालय को सक्रिय मोड में लाने के निर्देश

मनरेगा, एवं ग्रामीण कार्य विकास की हुई समीक्षा बैठक, योजनाओं के समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन पर जोर

गुमला : – झारखंड सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग एवं पंचायती राज विभाग की मंत्री दीपिका पाण्डेय सिंह ने आज गुमला जिले का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने परिसदन, गुमला में विभागीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर जिले में चल रही विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की और अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, मनरेगा, जल छाजन योजना, बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान मंत्री ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि पंचायत सचिवालय को पूरी तरह सक्रिय मोड में लाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत सचिवालय स्थानीय प्रशासन की रीढ़ है और इसे प्रभावी रूप से संचालित करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी पंचायत सचिव प्रतिदिन पंचायत सचिवालय में उपस्थित रहें और वहां सुचारू रूप से कार्य संचालन सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही, सभी स्वयंसेवकों की भी पंचायत सचिवालय में अनिवार्य उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही गई, ताकि आम जनता को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे पंचायत स्तर पर ही मिल सके और उन्हें बार-बार ब्लॉक कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देशित किया कि पंचायत सचिवालयों में सभी सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित आवेदन पत्र उपलब्ध कराए जाएं और जरूरतमंदों को इन फॉर्मों को भरने और सबमिट करने में पूरी सहायता दी जाए।

मंत्री ने मनरेगा योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि अधिक से अधिक श्रमिकों को इस योजना से जोड़ा जाए, ताकि रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ें और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण हो सके। उन्होंने इस योजना के तहत चल रहे कार्यों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया और कहा कि सभी योजनाओं का समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

बैठक में बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना पर भी चर्चा की गई। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इसे सुचारु रूप से संचालित किया जाए, ताकि बेरोजगार युवाओं को राहत मिले और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की प्राथमिकता है कि युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर मिले और वे अपने भविष्य को सुरक्षित कर सकें।

बैठक के उपरांत मंत्री दीपिका पाण्डेय सिंह ने डुमरी प्रखंड का दौरा किया, जहां उन्होंने प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी अंतर्गत संचालित सैनेट्री पैड निर्माण सेंटर का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने JSLPS (झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी) द्वारा संचालित FPO (Farmer Producer Organization) मॉडल की जानकारी ली और विशेष रूप से डुमरी प्रखंड में FPO की महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित सेनेटरी पैड सेंटर का निरीक्षण किया। मंत्री ने इस परियोजना की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि गुमला जिले में निर्मित सेनेटरी पैड्स सबसे पतले सेनेटरी पैड्स में से एक हैं, जिनमें जेल टेक्नोलॉजी का इस्तेमाल किया गया है, जिससे नमी का अनुभव नहीं होता। उन्होंने इस परियोजना को और अधिक सशक्त करने के लिए हरसंभव सहयोग देने की बात कही।

मंत्री ने कहा कि गुमला जिले के “प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी” मॉडल को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लागू करने की संभावनाओं को तलाशा जाएगा। यह परियोजना महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इस परियोजना की गुणवत्ता और उत्पादन क्षमता को और बेहतर बनाया जाए, ताकि यह अन्य क्षेत्रों के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक मॉडल बन सके।

मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी विकास परियोजनाओं का कार्यान्वयन समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और गुणवत्ता आधारित हो। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी अधिकारी या कर्मी को किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या आती है, तो वे सीधे उनसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं और समस्या का समाधान निकाला जाएगा। उन्होंने गुमला जिले के विकास कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि यह जिला बेहतर कार्य कर रहा है और गुमला जिला अन्य जिलों के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक बने इसके लिए सभी अधिकारी जमीनी स्तर पर आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्य करे ।।
