गुमला में अवैध खनन पर प्रशासन का शिकंजा, बालू परिवहन में गड़बड़ी पकड़ी गई

गुमला: जिले में अवैध खनन और खनिज परिवहन पर रोक लगाने के लिए प्रशासन की सख्त कार्रवाई जारी है। गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश पर गठित खनन टास्क फोर्स समिति द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान एक हाइवा वाहन को अवैध रूप से बालू परिवहन करते हुए पकड़ा गया। जांच में पाया गया कि वाहन बिना वैध दस्तावेजों के एक ही चालान का बार-बार उपयोग कर बालू ढो रहा था, जो पूर्णतः अवैध है।

सीसीटीवी फुटेज से हुई पुष्टि, वाहन जब्त

जिला खनन पदाधिकारी विभूति कुमार के अनुसार, 22 फरवरी 2025 को सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में खनन टास्क फोर्स समिति द्वारा एक संदिग्ध हाइवा वाहन को रोककर जांच की गई। जांच में स्पष्ट हुआ कि यह वाहन एक ही चालान पर कई बार बालू का परिवहन कर रहा था। मामले की पुष्टि टोल प्लाजा के सीसीटीवी फुटेज से भी हुई, जिसके आधार पर वाहन को जब्त कर कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है।

अवैध खनन पर प्रशासन की सख्त कार्रवाई

जिला प्रशासन ने साफ किया है कि अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई बिना किसी दबाव के जारी रहेगी। झारखंड खनिज नियमावली 2004 और झारखंड खनिज (अवैध खनन रोकथाम) अधिनियम के तहत दोषियों पर सख्त कानूनी कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

जनता से सहयोग की अपील

प्रशासन ने आम नागरिकों से अनुरोध किया है कि अगर उन्हें अवैध खनन या खनिज परिवहन से जुड़ी कोई भी सूचना मिलती है, तो वे तुरंत संबंधित अधिकारियों को सूचित करें। इसके लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9934887613 जारी किया गया है। प्रशासन ने आश्वासन दिया है कि सूचना देने वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान पूरी तरह गोपनीय रखी जाएगी।

गुमला जिले में अवैध खनन के खिलाफ लगातार की जा रही यह कार्रवाई खनिज संपदा की सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है।
