साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी जनता की समस्याएं और दिए त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सुनवाई की गई। जिले के दूर-दराज से आए नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याओं को रखा, जिन पर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

घाघरा निवासी आलोक साहू ने कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विद्यालय में पुनः खाद्य सामग्री आपूर्ति का अवसर देने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने बताया कि कोरोना काल के दौरान आर्थिक संकट और वेंडर से भुगतान न मिलने के कारण वे विद्यालय में खाद्य आपूर्ति नहीं कर पाए थे। अब वे पुनः इस कार्य को करना चाहते हैं। उपायुक्त ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु पत्र अग्रसारित किया।

गुमला निवासी रामचंद्र उरांव ने अपनी जमीन पर अवैध अतिक्रमण और रास्ता निर्माण के नाम पर धमकी मिलने की शिकायत की। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्ष 1988 में सरकार द्वारा जमीन की बंदोबस्ती कर दी गई थी और वे उस पर खेती कर अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण कर रहे हैं, लेकिन अब उनकी जमीन अधिग्रहीत की जा रही है। इसी तरह, भरनो निवासी शबनम प्रवीण ने अपनी जमीन पर रिश्तेदारों द्वारा अवैध कब्जे की शिकायत दर्ज कराई। उपायुक्त ने दोनों मामलों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

विकाश म्यूचुअल बेनिफिट निधि लिमिटेड कंपनी के खिलाफ नागरिकों ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि उन्होंने इस कंपनी में पैसे जमा किए थे, लेकिन निर्धारित समय समाप्त होने के बावजूद उन्हें उनकी राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। उपायुक्त ने इस मामले में संबंधित अधिकारियों को उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

सिसई प्रखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत बरगांव दक्षिणी के ग्रामीणों ने NH-23 से जितिया लोहारा के घर से कॉलेज तक दो किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण की मांग रखी, जिससे विद्यालय तक पहुंचने का रास्ता सुगम हो सके। उपायुक्त गुमला ने उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला को पत्र अग्रसारित करते हुए इस कार्य का प्राक्कलन तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए।

सिसई प्रखंड के बड़गांव दक्षिणी के बरटोली विद्यालय में शिक्षकों की कमी को लेकर स्थानीय मुखिया ने उपायुक्त को ज्ञापन सौंपा। उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को पत्र अग्रसारित कर शिक्षकों की शीघ्र नियुक्ति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान नागरिकों ने आवास निर्माण, रोजगार, शिक्षा, सड़क, बिजली, पानी और विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से संबंधित अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु आवेदन दिए। उपायुक्त ने पचास से अधिक आवेदकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। उन्होंने कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान राशन कार्ड में सुधार का कार्य भी किया गया। उपायुक्त ने जनता को आश्वस्त किया कि उनकी सभी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जाएगा और प्रशासन उनकी आवश्यकताओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करेगा।
