गुमला – कई दैनिक अखबार में मामला प्रकाशित के बाद जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला श्री ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने उक्त मामले पर स्वयं संज्ञान में लेते हुए सचिव डालसा को उक्त घटना की जानकारी कर कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया, इसी क्रम में सचिव के निर्देश पर पीएलवीयो ने घटनास्थल का दौरा किया और पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात कर उनकी स्थिति की जानकारी लिया। चैनपुर थाना के बेंदोरा पंचायत अंतर्गत ग्राम टीनटांगर बसाईर टोली में मृतक अजित रौतिया का घर पीएलबी आरिफ अंसारी ,दीपक कुमार और विष्णु रौतिया पहुंचे तथा उनके परिजनों से मिलकर उनके घर की स्थिति जाना उन्होंने बताया कि मृतक अजीत रतिया खेती बाड़ी कर अपना परिवार का भरण पोषण करता था ।परिवार का राशन कार्ड बना हुआ है जिसमें राशन मिलता है। मृतक के माता-पिता की मृत्यु हो चुकी है, पत्नी जेल में है तथा उनके तीन बच्चे एक नौवीं क्लास एवं दूसरी छठी क्लास में पढ़ता है तथा तीसरा दूसरी कक्षा में पढ़ाई करते हैं । माननीय सचिव महोदय ने बताया कि मृतक व्यक्ति के परिजनों को कानूनी सहायता के लिए अधिवक्ता उपलब्ध करा दिया जाएगा। तथा मुआवजा के लिए भी कार्यवाही जल्द ही शुरू कर दी जाएगी । उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों को जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से स्पॉन्सरशिप योजना से जोड़ा जाएगा ताकि उनका पढ़ाई बाधित न हो। तथा पीड़ित परिवार को सभी तरह की सरकारी सहायता भी जिला प्रशासन की ओर से दी जाएगी जिनके वे हकदार हैं ।
