अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस: गुमला की महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भरता की मिसाल

गुमला, 8 मार्च 2025: गुमला जिले की महिलाएं अब आत्मनिर्भरता की नई कहानियां गढ़ रही हैं। उज्जना बिजना योजना के तहत स्वरोजगार और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में जिला प्रशासन के प्रयास रंग ला रहे हैं। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के मार्गदर्शन में महिलाएं अपने छोटे-छोटे उद्योगों के माध्यम से न केवल अपने जीवन को संवार रही हैं, बल्कि अन्य महिलाओं को भी रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध करा रही हैं।

रागी प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर और “प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी” ने बदली महिलाओं की जिंदगी

✔ गुमला जिले में स्थापित रागी प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर ने न केवल स्थानीय महिलाओं को रोजगार दिया, बल्कि उनके उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान भी दिलाई।
✔ डुमरी प्रखंड में “प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी” के तहत महिलाओं ने सेनेटरी पैड निर्माण की शुरुआत की, जिससे उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने का अवसर मिला और समाज में जागरूकता बढ़ी।

जिला प्रशासन की पहल: प्रशिक्षण से मार्केटिंग तक समर्थन

✔ जिला प्रशासन महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण, वित्तीय सहायता और विपणन सुविधाएं प्रदान कर रहा है।
✔ सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाकर महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ा जा रहा है।
✔ महिलाओं को छोटे उद्योगों के लिए ऋण और सब्सिडी का लाभ दिलाने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

आत्मनिर्भरता की मिसाल बनीं गीता उराईन

गुमला जिले के सिसई प्रखंड की गीता उराईन आत्मनिर्भरता का प्रतीक बन चुकी हैं। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग औपचारिकरण योजना (PMFME) के तहत 35% अनुदान में ऋण प्राप्त कर मूढ़ी निर्माण उद्योग की स्थापना की। इससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति सशक्त हुई और उन्होंने स्थानीय नागरिकों को रोजगार भी प्रदान किया।

गीता उराईन का कहना है कि “अगर सही संसाधन और सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिले, तो महिलाएं हर क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बन सकती हैं।” उनके इस प्रयास से गाँव की अन्य महिलाएं भी प्रेरित हो रही हैं और स्वरोजगार की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही हैं।

महिला दिवस पर विशेष संदेश

अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर, जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग गुमला ने महिलाओं की सफलता की कहानियों को साझा करने के लिए विशेष प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी की।

गुमला प्रशासन ने जिले की समस्त महिलाओं को महिला दिवस की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उन्हें आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

गुमला की महिलाएं अब सिर्फ घर तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि अपने हुनर और मेहनत से समाज और अर्थव्यवस्था में योगदान दे रही हैं।
