अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस: गुमला की ललिता देवी बनीं आत्मनिर्भरता की मिसाल

गुमला, 8 मार्च 2025: गुमला जिले की महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में जिला प्रशासन की पहल रंग ला रही है। उज्जना बिजना अभियान के तहत महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण, काउंसलिंग और सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़कर आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत करने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में ग्राम दमकारा, केउन्दटोली, प्रखंड पालकोट की ललिता देवी ने चावल और आटा मिल स्थापित कर न केवल अपनी आजीविका को सशक्त किया, बल्कि अन्य महिलाओं के लिए भी प्रेरणा बनीं।

सरकारी योजना से मिली मदद, ललिता देवी ने बदली अपनी तकदीर

✔ ललिता देवी ने प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन योजना (PMFME) के तहत 35% अनुदान का लाभ उठाया।
✔ उन्होंने प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक, पालकोट से संपर्क कर बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, पालकोट से ऋण प्राप्त किया और अपने व्यवसाय की शुरुआत की।
✔ उनका यह उद्यम स्थानीय स्तर पर अन्य महिलाओं के लिए भी रोजगार के अवसर पैदा कर रहा है।

महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में बढ़ा एक और कदम

✔ जिला प्रशासन, गुमला महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने, उनकी आजीविका को सशक्त करने और वित्तीय सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रहा है।
✔ महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए विशेष योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाया जा रहा है।
✔ प्रशासन अन्य बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों को भी इस तरह की योजनाओं से जुड़ने और आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहा है।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर जिला प्रशासन गुमला ने ललिता देवी की सफलता की सराहना की और अन्य महिलाओं को भी इसी तरह सशक्त बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

ललिता देवी का यह सफर यह साबित करता है कि अगर सही अवसर और मार्गदर्शन मिले, तो महिलाएं किसी भी क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता की नई कहानी लिख सकती हैं।
