अवैध खनन पर सख्ती: उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में गुमला जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की बैठक आयोजित

गुमला, 2025: गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की मासिक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अवैध खनन, अवैध परिवहन एवं भंडारण पर नियंत्रण को लेकर कड़े निर्देश जारी किए गए। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि खनन टास्क फोर्स की सक्रियता से ही अवैध खनन पर प्रभावी रोकथाम संभव है।

अवैध खनन पर नियंत्रण के लिए उठाए जाएंगे ठोस कदम

✔ रात में विशेष जांच अभियान: अवैध रूप से खनिजों के परिवहन को रोकने के लिए रात में जांच बढ़ाई जाएगी।
✔ ईंट भट्ठों की पहचान: अवैध रूप से संचालित ईंट भट्ठों को चिह्नित कर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
✔ खनिज लदे वाहनों की कड़ी निगरानी: सभी वाहनों की परिवहन चालान और ओवरस्पीडिंग की सख्ती से जांच होगी, साथ ही खनिज लदे वाहनों को ढककर चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
✔ खनन पट्टों और क्रशर इकाइयों की नियमित जांच: यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि बाउंड्री पीलर, साइन बोर्ड और पानी के छिड़काव जैसी अनिवार्य व्यवस्थाएं पूरी की जा रही हैं या नहीं।

पर्यावरण सुरक्षा और प्रशासनिक समन्वय पर विशेष जोर

✔ उपायुक्त ने पर्यावरणीय दृष्टि से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में नियमित निरीक्षण और छापेमारी के निर्देश दिए।
✔ क्रशर इकाइयों को कवर करने और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मानकों के पालन पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया।

पुलिस प्रशासन भी रहेगा सतर्क

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे प्रशासनिक तालमेल के साथ छापेमारी कर अवैध खनन, परिवहन और भंडारण के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें।
✔ टोल प्लाजा के सीसीटीवी कैमरों से अवैध खनन में संलिप्त वाहनों पर नजर रखी जाएगी।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे नियमित जांच और सतर्कता बरतते हुए अवैध खनन पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगाने के लिए प्रभावी रणनीति अपनाएं।
