तेलंगाना टनल हादसा: बचाव कार्य जारी, फंसे मजदूरों के जीवित होने की संभावना कम

तेलंगाना के नगरकुरनूल जिले में श्रीशैलम लेफ्ट बैंक कैनाल (SLBC) सुरंग दुर्घटना के बाद बचाव कार्य तेज कर दिया गया है। हादसे के 14 दिन बाद भी फंसे हुए आठ मजदूरों तक पहुंचने में सफलता नहीं मिल पाई है।

रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में शामिल नई तकनीकें और चुनौतियां

1. आईआईटी मद्रास के विशेषज्ञों ने सुरंग की स्थिति का आकलन करने के लिए रोबोटिक तकनीक तैनात की है।
2. भारतीय सेना, नौसेना, एनडीआरएफ और एसडीआरएफ की 584 सदस्यों की टीम लगातार राहत कार्य में जुटी हुई है।
3. रैट माइनर्स की टीम को भी ऑपरेशन में शामिल किया गया है, जिससे बचाव कार्य में थोड़ी उम्मीद जगी है।
4. खोजी कुत्ते (मर्फी और माया) और गैस कटर तकनीक का उपयोग करके मजदूरों की तलाश की जा रही है, लेकिन सुरंग में भारी मात्रा में पानी और कीचड़ जमा होने के कारण ऑपरेशन में बाधा आ रही है।

मजदूरों की स्थिति और सरकारी प्रतिक्रिया

• फंसे मजदूरों में उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब, जम्मू-कश्मीर और झारखंड के श्रमिक शामिल हैं।
• मजदूरों से संपर्क करने के प्रयास किए गए, लेकिन अब तक कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली।
• तेलंगाना सरकार ने हादसे की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकारते हुए बचाव कार्य में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ने का वादा किया है।
• मंत्री जुपल्ली कृष्णा राव ने कहा कि मजदूरों के जीवित बचने की संभावना बहुत कम है, लेकिन बचाव कार्य जारी रहेगा।

राजनीतिक विवाद और प्रशासन की भूमिका

• हादसे को लेकर तेलंगाना सरकार पर विपक्षी दलों ने सवाल उठाए हैं।
• मुख्यमंत्री रेवंत रेड्डी पर विपक्ष ने आरोप लगाया कि वे बचाव कार्य में देरी कर रहे हैं।
• प्रशासन ने सुरंग से पानी निकालने और ऑक्सीजन आपूर्ति बहाल करने की प्रक्रिया तेज कर दी है।

बचाव दल पूरी कोशिश कर रहा है, लेकिन 14 दिन बाद मजदूरों के बचने की संभावना बेहद कम मानी जा रही है। सुरंग में भारी मलबा, पानी और ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण अभियान कठिनाइयों से जूझ रहा है। हालांकि, प्रशासन ने कहा है कि रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन तब तक जारी रहेगा जब तक मजदूरों तक पहुंचा नहीं जाता।
