गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक आयोजित, दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम के लिए दिए गए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला: गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम, यातायात प्रबंधन और सड़क सुरक्षा उपायों को लेकर व्यापक चर्चा की गई। इस दौरान जिले में सड़क हादसों के मुख्य कारणों की समीक्षा की गई और सुरक्षा उपायों को लेकर अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।

सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर उपायुक्त के निर्देश

1. साइनेज बोर्ड की स्थापना:
   • जिन सड़कों पर अब तक सड़क संकेतक बोर्ड (साइनेज) नहीं लगाए गए हैं, उन्हें जल्द से जल्द स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
2. घुमावदार सड़कों पर सुरक्षा उपाय:
   • घुमावदार सड़कों पर कैट्स आई, रेडियम पेंट, डेलीनेटर और क्रैश बैरियर लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए, जिससे वाहन दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाई जा सके।
3. सड़क मरम्मत कार्य:
   • सभी क्षतिग्रस्त सड़कों और गड्ढों को शीघ्र भरने का कार्य सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कार्यपालक अभियंताओं को आदेश दिया गया।
4. ब्लैक स्पॉट चिन्हित कर कार्रवाई:
   • जिला प्रशासन ने सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के ब्लैक स्पॉट (अधिक दुर्घटनाग्रस्त क्षेत्र) को चिह्नित कर वहां त्वरित सुधार कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।

बाईपास सड़क और पुलों पर विशेष निर्देश

• बाईपास सड़क निर्माण के साथ सड़क संकेतक बोर्ड और सुरक्षा बोर्ड लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• बसिया प्रखंड स्थित रांची-सिमडेगा मुख्य पथ पर कोयल नदी पुल की क्षतिग्रस्त गार्डवाल को शीघ्र मरम्मत करने का आदेश दिया गया।

ट्रैफिक नियमों के सख्त पालन के निर्देश

• ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में “नो हेलमेट, नो पेट्रोल” अभियान को लागू करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• बिना हेलमेट, रैश ड्राइविंग और शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई का आदेश दिया गया।
• चालकों के ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस निलंबित करने का निर्देश, जिससे दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाई जा सके।
• हिट एंड रन मामलों का शीघ्र निपटारा करने पर भी जोर दिया गया।

बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारी

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (बसिया व चैनपुर), जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप, मोटरयान निरीक्षक, राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ प्राधिकरण (NHAI), ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, सड़क सुरक्षा टीम एवं IRAD के प्रतिनिधि सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा लिए गए ये सख्त फैसले, गुमला में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण साबित होंगे।
