उपायुक्त श्रीमती नैंसी सहाय एवं एसीएमओ डॉ शशि जायसवाल के निर्देशानुसार खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में नियमित जांच अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के द्वारा विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान उन्होंने आज मेसर्स संजय स्वीट्स, मेसर्स आरके स्वीट्स, मेसर्स छोटू मिष्ठान भंडार, बड़कागांव में दूध उत्पादों के साथ पनीर का सैंपल कलेक्ट किया गया।
आगामी होली और ईद त्योहारों के दौरान दूध और दूध से बने उत्पाद जैसे घी, मिठाई, खोआ, दही आदि की मांग बढ़ती है, जिसमें मिलावट की संभावना बढ़ती है।
खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट से मुक्ति के लिए लगातार अभियान चलती रहेगी, जिससे हज़ारीबाग़ के आम जनो को शुद्ध भोजन/मिलावट रहित भोजन उपलब्ध हो सके।
विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों के निरीक्षण के दौरान बिना एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण के खाद्य करोबार करने वाले खाद्य प्रतिष्ठान को एक सप्ताह के भीतर एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण लेने का निर्देश दिया गया।
