बाबूलाल मरांडी सहित 50 से अधिक लोगों के खिलाफ आदर्श आचार संहिता का मामला दर्ज

गिरिडीह : झारखंड विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी सहित 50 से अधिक लोगों के खिलाफ गिरिडीह नगर थाना में आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन के आरोप में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। यह कार्रवाई चुनाव प्रचार अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद कथित रूप से एक होटल में आयोजित बैठक को लेकर की गई है।

प्राथमिकी फ्लाइंग स्क्वाड टीम (एफएसटी) के सदस्य मोहम्मद मंसूर की शिकायत पर दर्ज की गई। मामला शनिवार शाम गिरिडीह बस स्टैंड के समीप स्थित एक होटल में हुई बैठक से जुड़ा बताया जा रहा है।

नगर थाना प्रभारी सह इंस्पेक्टर ज्ञान रंजन ने रविवार को प्राथमिकी दर्ज होने की पुष्टि की। प्राथमिकी के अनुसार, चुनाव प्रचार समाप्त होने के बाद देर शाम बाबूलाल मरांडी होटल पहुंचे थे, जहां उनके समर्थक भी मौजूद थे। हालांकि, मौके पर पहुंचे एसडीएम श्रीकांत विस्पुते के निर्देश पर मरांडी तुरंत होटल से निकल गए।

होटल से बाहर निकलते समय मरांडी ने मीडिया से कहा कि वे भोजन करने होटल आए थे और इस दौरान कुछ लोगों का आना स्वाभाविक है। उन्होंने कहा कि हर पार्टी नेता के साथ कार्यकर्ता रहते हैं।

इधर, शनिवार शाम झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष संजय सिंह ने प्रेस वार्ता कर शहर में बाबूलाल मरांडी और केंद्रीय मंत्री अन्नपूर्णा देवी की चुनाव अवधि के दौरान मौजूदगी पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि सूबे के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार गिरिडीह निगम क्षेत्र के निवासी और मतदाता हैं, लेकिन वे बैठक नहीं कर रहे हैं। वहीं, अन्नपूर्णा देवी और बाबूलाल मरांडी गिरिडीह नगर निगम क्षेत्र के मतदाता नहीं हैं, फिर भी उनकी मौजूदगी सवाल खड़े करती है। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुट गई है और आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
