गिरिडीह डीसी ने वर्ग 6 से 12 तक के सभी आरोग्य दूतों को प्रशस्ति पत्र और शील्ड देकर सम्मानित करने के बाद कहा-सभी 3158 सरकारी स्कूलों में इसे फलतापूर्वक संचालन किया जाये

गिरिडीह : वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के विद्यालय स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य आरोग्य दूत का शुक्रवार को सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। मौके पर जिला उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया।

कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम पर प्रकाश डाला और वर्ग 6 से 12 तक के सभी आरोग्य दूतों को प्रशस्ति पत्र और शील्ड देकर सम्मानित किया। इसमें किशोरावस्था में बच्चों के सामने आनेवाली चुनौतियों के समाधान में शिक्षक की भूमिका, बाल विवाह की रोकथाम के साथ बच्चों को जंकफूड, रैपर युक्त फूड की बजाय घर पर निर्मित संतुलित भोजन लेने हेतु जागरूक करने में शिक्षकों की भूमिका के जरिए बच्चों में आ रहे सकारात्मक बदलाव पर चर्चा की गई।

डीसी ने ऐसे कार्यक्रमों को और बेहतर करने पर जोर दिया

मौके पर डीसी ने सभी आरोग्य दूतों को विद्यालय स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत सभी दायित्वों को सफलतापूर्वक संपादित करने के लिए बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास है कि सभी 3158 सरकारी विद्यालयों में इस कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक संचालन किया जाये।

उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालय स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण कार्यक्रम को और बेहतर कैसे किया जाय, इस पर फोकस होना चाहिए। विद्यालयों में बेहतर शिक्षा के साथ-साथ खेल, साहित्य, कला, संस्कृति आदि जैसे विषयों से संबंधित क्रियाकलाप भी किया जाय, जिससे बच्चों का खेलकूद, साहित्य और कला के क्षेत्रों में रुचि बढ़ें।

डीसी ने कार्यक्रम में ICDS, समर अभियान, पोषण ट्रैकर, बाल विवाह, बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ आदि जैसे कार्यक्रमों का उदाहरण दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के संयुक्त प्रयास से चलाया जा रहा यह कार्यक्रम बच्चों को उनके स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है।

प्रत्येक स्कूल में दो शिक्षक आरोग्य दूत के रूप में नियुक्त हैं: सीएस

मौके पर सिविल सर्जन एसपी मिश्रा ने कहा कि देश भर में विद्यालय स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 27 अप्रैल 2018 को किया गया था, इसके पश्चात झारखंड राज्य में मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा वर्ष 2020 में किया गया था। इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन वर्ग 06 से 12 तक चलाया जा रहा है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यालय स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करना है। बच्चों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के उचित लाभ के बारे में जानकारी देना है।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिले के प्रत्येक विद्यालयों में शिक्षा के साथ-साथ दो शिक्षक आरोग्य दूत के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है, जिससे कि बच्चों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के बारे में उचित जानकारी हो सकें। मौके पर कुल 65 आरोग्य दूतों को प्रशस्ति पत्र और शील्ड देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

इस दौरान जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला भीबीडी पदाधिकारी, जिला आरसीएच पदाधिकारी, जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी, जिला कुष्ठ निवारण पदाधिकारी, उपाधीक्षक सदर अस्पताल, सभी चिकित्सक सदर अस्पताल, डेवलपमेंट पार्टनर्स समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
