सफलता की कहानी: जंबुआ की जुबानी

गुमला :- झारखंड के गुमला जिले के नवाडीह पंचायत के फ़ट्ठी गांव के निवासी जंबुआ लकड़ा ने अपने मेहनत और आधुनिक तकनीकों को अपनाकर खेती में सफलता की नई इबारत लिखी है। उनका यह सफर सिर्फ उनके लिए ही नहीं, बल्कि उनके जैसे कई अन्य किसानों के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक है। जंबुआ लकड़ा का परिवार पहले आजीविका की तलाश में बाहर जाने के लिए मजबूर था, लेकिन अब वे अपनी भूमि पर आधुनिक खेती कर अच्छा मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं।

सिंचाई सुविधा ने खोले नए रास्ते
खेती के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है जल प्रबंधन और सिंचाई की उचित व्यवस्था। जंबुआ लकड़ा की भूमि पर पहले सिंचाई की कोई विशेष सुविधा नहीं थी, जिससे खेती करना मुश्किल हो जाता था। भूमि संरक्षण विभाग के पदाधिकारी श्री आशीष प्रताप द्वारा उनके खेत में डीप बोरिंग उपलब्ध कराई गई, जिससे उनकी खेती को एक नया जीवन मिला। पानी की समस्या हल होते ही उन्होंने अपनी सोच बदली और परंपरागत खेती के साथ-साथ सब्जी उत्पादन की ओर कदम बढ़ाया।

फसलें जिन्होंने बदली तकदीर

आधुनिक खेती अपनाकर जंबुआ लकड़ा ने कई तरह की फसलें उगाईं, जिससे उन्हें काफी मुनाफा हुआ। उनके द्वारा उगाई गई प्रमुख फसलें और उनसे होने वाली आमदनी कुछ इस प्रकार रही:
फूलगोभी की खेती से ₹25,000 की कमाई हुई।
बैगन की खेती से ₹10,000 से ₹12,000 तक का लाभ हुआ।
टमाटर की खेती से ₹12,000 से ₹15,000 तक की आमदनी हुई।

वर्तमान में वे 2.5 एकड़ भूमि में मल्चिंग एवं ड्रिप सिंचाई विधि से तरबूज की खेती कर रहे हैं। उन्हें उम्मीद है कि इस नई तकनीक से उन्हें अधिक उपज और अच्छा मुनाफा मिलेगा।

परिवार के लिए सुखद बदलाव

खेती में इस सफलता के बाद जंबुआ लकड़ा और उनकी पत्नी ने निर्णय लिया कि वे अब अपने गांव में ही रहकर खेती करेंगे। पहले उन्हें अपने परिवार से दूर रहकर मजदूरी के लिए बाहर जाना पड़ता था, लेकिन अब खेती से ही उनकी अच्छी कमाई हो रही है। उनकी इस खेती से ही उनका बेटा रांची में पढ़ाई कर रहा है। यह सब आधुनिक खेती और नई तकनीकों को अपनाने का परिणाम है।

गांव के अन्य किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा

जंबुआ लकड़ा की सफलता को देखकर गांव के अन्य किसान भी आधुनिक खेती की ओर प्रेरित हो रहे हैं। अब वे भी पारंपरिक खेती से हटकर सब्जी उत्पादन और आधुनिक तकनीकों को अपनाने के बारे में सोच रहे हैं। इससे न केवल उनकी आमदनी बढ़ेगी बल्कि गांव में ही रोजगार के अवसर भी सृजित होंगे।

आधुनिक खेती से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर

जंबुआ लकड़ा की यह सफलता दिखाती है कि यदि किसान सही तकनीकों और संसाधनों का उपयोग करें तो वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सकते हैं। उन्होंने मल्चिंग, ड्रिप सिंचाई और उन्नत बीजों का उपयोग कर अपनी खेती को लाभदायक बनाया। उनका यह कदम न केवल उनके परिवार को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बना रहा है, बल्कि अन्य किसानों के लिए भी एक मिसाल कायम कर रहा है।

जंबुआ लकड़ा की सफलता की कहानी यह साबित करती है कि मेहनत, सही तकनीक और नए प्रयोगों के जरिए किसान अपनी तकदीर बदल सकते हैं। आज वे आत्मनिर्भर किसान बनकर अपनी जमीन पर ही अच्छी आमदनी कमा रहे हैं। उनकी इस उपलब्धि से अन्य किसानों को भी सीखने और आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।
