गुमला सदर अस्पताल बना बिचौलियों का अड्डा, गर्भवती महिला को निजी अस्पताल भेजने का मामला उजागर

गुमला: गुमला सदर अस्पताल में बिचौलियों के सक्रिय होने और मरीजों को निजी अस्पताल भेजने का मामला सामने आया है। एक गर्भवती महिला, जिसे डॉक्टर ने बेहतर इलाज के लिए रांची रिम्स रेफर किया था, उसे कुछ बिचौलियों ने गुमराह कर गुमला के एक निजी अस्पताल पहुंचा दिया। मामले के उजागर होने के बाद सिविल सर्जन नवल कुमार ने खुद संज्ञान लिया और 24 घंटे के भीतर दोषियों पर कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया।

क्या है पूरा मामला?

गुमला के शीलाफारी गांव निवासी मंटू साहू की गर्भवती पत्नी वीणा कुमारी को प्रसव पीड़ा होने पर गुमला सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। अस्पताल की महिला डॉक्टर निर्मला मुंडू ने जांच के बाद पाया कि गर्भस्थ शिशु की स्थिति असामान्य है, जिससे जटिलता बढ़ सकती है। इसके चलते महिला को बेहतर इलाज के लिए रांची रिम्स रेफर कर दिया गया।

इसी बीच, अस्पताल के आसपास सक्रिय कुछ बिचौलियों को इसकी जानकारी मिल गई। उन्होंने परिजनों को गुमराह किया और गुमला के एक निजी अस्पताल से संपर्क कर वहां भर्ती कराने का दबाव बनाया। बिचौलियों ने तत्काल निजी अस्पताल की एंबुलेंस बुलवाई और बिना किसी स्पष्ट जानकारी के परिजनों को मरीज समेत वहां भेज दिया।

बिचौलियों का खेल: मरीजों को निजी अस्पताल भेजकर कमीशन वसूली

गुमला सदर अस्पताल पर झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ बॉर्डर के कई गरीब मरीज इलाज के लिए निर्भर रहते हैं। लेकिन बिचौलियों के सक्रिय गिरोह इन मरीजों को बहला-फुसलाकर निजी अस्पतालों में भेज देते हैं, जहां इलाज के नाम पर भारी भरकम पैसे वसूले जाते हैं। कई बार मरीजों की हालत बिगड़ने या मृत्यु होने के बावजूद अस्पताल बिल भरने तक शव नहीं सौंपते।

बिचौलियों को निजी अस्पतालों से मोटा कमीशन मिलता है, जिसके लालच में वे गंभीर मरीजों की जान की परवाह किए बिना उन्हें वहां भर्ती करा देते हैं।

सिविल सर्जन का एक्शन, दोषियों पर होगी कड़ी कार्रवाई

घटना की जानकारी मिलने पर गुमला सदर अस्पताल के सिविल सर्जन नवल कुमार ने कहा,
“मेरे कार्यकाल में यह पहला मामला सामने आया है। मैंने स्वयं इसकी जांच शुरू कर दी है और 24 घंटे के भीतर दोषियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी।”

उन्होंने यह भी पुष्टि की कि डॉ. निर्मला मुंडू ने महिला को रांची रिम्स रेफर किया था, लेकिन बिचौलियों ने उसे एडवांस केयर हॉस्पिटल पहुंचा दिया। मामले की गहन जांच शुरू कर दी गई है, और दोषियों को सख्त सजा दी जाएगी ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं न दोहराई जाएं।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में पारदर्शिता की जरूरत

गुमला सदर अस्पताल में बिचौलियों की बढ़ती सक्रियता पर नकेल कसना बेहद जरूरी है। प्रशासन को चाहिए कि मरीजों और उनके परिजनों को सही जानकारी मिले और किसी भी बिचौलिए को अस्पताल परिसर में सक्रिय होने से रोका जाए।
