ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम: बसिया और कामडारा के नागरिकों ने VC के माध्यम से रखी अपनी समस्याएँ

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में बसिया और कामडारा प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग (VC) के जरिए अपनी समस्याएँ साझा कीं। इस दौरान पेंशन, राशन, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि (PM किसान) और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतों पर चर्चा हुई।

30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने दर्ज कराई शिकायतें

कार्यक्रम में बसिया और कामडारा प्रखंड से 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने भाग लिया और अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। नागरिकों ने आवास, सड़क, नाली निर्माण, केसीसी, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत, जलमीनार सुधार और चेकडैम निर्माण से जुड़ी परेशानियाँ रखीं। उपायुक्त ने समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

तत्काल समाधान और प्रभावी कार्रवाई के आदेश

ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम के दौरान कई शिकायतों का प्रखंड स्तर पर तत्काल निपटारा किया गया, जबकि कुछ समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने स्थानीय स्तर पर हल की जा सकने वाली शिकायतों को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने की हिदायत दी और प्रशासन की जनसमस्याओं के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई।

प्रशासन का जनता को आश्वासन

कार्यक्रम के अंत में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह तत्पर है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि नागरिकों को सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ सुचारू रूप से मिले और उनकी शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम के तहत हर सप्ताह इस प्रकार की बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी, ताकि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का निवारण तेजी से किया जा सके।
